One example I could give would be one neighborhood that we looked at which was near a baseball field, he was able to explain hello lights and noise with impact us with in that vicinity, and another example I could give would be that we wanted of neighborhood near a school that was really high quality and he was able to guide us to a neighborhood with on the best elementary schools around. They also installed a front porch railing to assist my mom in ascending her porch steps. She loved the work. Recently, after the heavy snows this year, the deck started peeling up in spots.
