When I asked weeks before my books were printed to include an ISBN number I had been waiting for, they agreed and then forgot to print them. When I queried, they said it went to print the next day, however I waited weeks for the printing. To be clear "went to print" means 20 steps down a corridor. I had to reorder new books. The covers were not accepted by Amazon. The formatting had issues that had to be corrected by another vendor at additional cost to me. I wasted over $1000. No accountability and poor customer service when you complain. Sorry but in this competitive industry they missed the mark in my case. Very sad.
