I realized that the first design I sent had a typo so I sent another one a few minutes later and asked them to disregard the first, they confirmed they would be sure to use the second design. When my in laws went to pick up the signs at the agreed upon time they hadn't printed them yet and they waited for 30 minutes while they were printed, and after all that they ended up printed the first version with the typo.

I've been to The Ultimate Printing Company about 10 times in the past few months and I have never had a bad experience. His attitude towards a customer was very rude and disrespectful. I wanted to print a picture of a size 16"x20", so a regular print machine at my office wouldn't do the job. The moment I walked into the Ultimate Printing store I inquired from the store owner (I believe his name is Zahir) about the service and how I could transfer the digital file to him. He said he would only accept the files on USB as his store doesn't provide wifi to his customers. After browsing around and trying to find free wifi in the building, I managed to send the digital files to him electronically. Then I inquired about the pricing. Remember, the file was a single, 16"x20" black and white print on a regular paper. The representative, which to the best of my knowledge was Zahir himself, quoted me $38 + tax. I was shocked!!! $38 bucks for a regular print job. Nonetheless, when I asked what the reason was for such a high price, Zahir laughed at me and almost made fun of me for inquiring about the price. His attitude is very rude far from the standards we normally expect from a business in 21st century in North America. Anyhow... I accepted the hefty price point he quoted me for and did bother arguing with him any further. Next, I was told the job would take an hour, although the store was completely empty. So I decided to leave and come back later to get the job done as I was in the rush. I politely told the owner that I would come back later as I was in rush. Then he started arguing with me that I should pay for his time -- 5 mins at most in answering some questions that I had regarding a service that I was about to purchase from his business. He said that I should pay him because while he was answering my questions, he has used his computer to download the digital file, hence he has used some electricity for this task and I am liable to pay for the costs involved. I didn't know what to say to him anymore. So I decided to just leave the store, But that didn't stop there. He started threatening me that if I don't pay him he is going to REPORT me. Not sure who he was going to report me to and for what reason. I felt the owner was trying desperately to get this one sales done no matter the cost, harassment or verbal disrespects involved. UPDATE: There is a STAPLES, across the street on University Ave, which is a 5 min walk. They did the exact same job for me for $4! CONCLUSION: Do not waste your time going to The Ultimate Printing store. The store owner is rude and disrespectful towards his customers. He is not shy of using any tactics or disrespect to get a sales done. Remember STAPLES across the street got the same job done for $4 as opposed to $38. If you want to waste your money, then go to The Ultimate Printing store.

I needed to print a couple of 2-page docs on a Sunday night and everything was closed. I dialed Dussault Diane's phone number around 7 pm not really hoping for an answer... This small of a printing job is way too small of a scope for them, since they specialize in graphic design, and printing hundreds of copies of high-quality marketing materials. BUT: having talked to me and understanding my need Diane asked me to email the docs to her, printed and bound the docs for me, had them ready to pick up in 10 minutes and charged nothing. Very few businesses out there will go out of their way and solve a tiny client's problem sacrificing some personal time on a Sunday night, but these folks did. For which I'm very grateful. If I need graphic design, Diane will be my first call.
