The lady at the front desk (I didn't get her name) was great! So professional, personable and very sweet. I didn't have to wait long at all which doesn't seem to be the norm anywhere these days and I already go mentally prepared to sit in hopes to cut down on my annoyance level. Dr. Alexander was great too. He explained exactly what he was going to do and why and listened to me and the questions and concerns I had. Took the time. Probably won't have to go back but would definitely recommend to anyone needing to see an Endocrinologist.

But when I knew I would be 10 minutes late to dr Hayes office because I was having to drive slowly with 3 fractured ribs, I notified the office and they said it's ok. When I arrived, after a 45 minute drive to see her, I was told she only had a 5 minute window and would not see me. I don't care how good you think you are, I'm a diabetic not an army recruit.
