You know the saying, "There are two kinds of people in *insert name of Texas city.* People who have allergies, and people who are developing them." I'm the latter. I'm just developing. However, my reason for visiting Dr. Paull wasn't for these annoying grass, tree, pollen, microscopic plant things in the air allergies. I saw Dr. Paull after my first experience with anaphylaxis shock to a single fire ant bite. If you've ever gone into anaphylaxis shock, you now that it is kind of freaky and well, unpleasant. I like Dr. Paull because not only does he practice medicine, but he also participates in research. He can talk to me in research gibberish, and it all makes sense. He doesn't treat me like a toddler (see Dermatologist Terry), and I sincerely feel that he cares about his patients. There are very few things I miss about Bryan/College Station, and Dr. Paull is one of them.

As a result, unless your visit is the 1st one that day, you should expect an hour (or even more!) wait: both in the lobby and then in the examination room. As another yelper wrote, they don't do (or seem to care) much about that. Also, in the middle of the summer, it can be freezing in their lobby, and especially in the room dedicated for the kids (with the books and TV). So, take a sweater for yourself (and your kid if you came to see the pediatric doctor).

The insurance company reimbursed the office the Medicare amount which was $4000 less than what we paid because they billed it wrong. I have been trying for 11 months to get them to straighten it out, and they have done NOTHING!!!!! Either the billing office is incompetent or lazy or both. And NO ONE in the office is helping.

I met with Dr. Guiterrez and her office requested my records and my vials (which I pay for). However, due to Dr. Jantzi's staff lack of understanding or caring, the ABC vials were not mailed until over a month after my request. And, then I was told the venom (wasp and vespids) vials were empty. Now, due to their lack of response, I will have to restart my shots and gradually taper back up. This will mean I'll have to keep getting 5 shots for an even longer period of time.
