My house inspector, Todd Arnold re-walked my roof and confirmed my suspicion that the roof needed to be replaced due to some severe storms. I got several bids. With the exception of Gillmeister Roofing, all of the other contractors indicated it would be a 4-6 month wait for shingles. (I wanted Class 4, 30-year OC Weatherguard HP shingles to withstand heat and wind). The Gillmeisters hopped right on ordering the shingles with a prepayment by me. The shingles were received and installed in four weeks from the placement of the order. Wahoooo! While waiting for the shingles to come in, two more high-wind storms passed through, and shingles went flying. Kyle Gillmeister came out and replaced 20 shingles on my roof, to hold me until the new roof could be installed. That was above and beyond. * The crew, led by Hector, came in, did a great job with the removal, sheathing prep, and new shingle install. It was pristine when they were done - it was as if they had never been there. Refuse to mark the valves again, after they wiped off the previous markings with acetone to clean off the overspray of black paint they used on a fence nearby. And don't trust Bill. Talks a good game but won't respond to problems.

When brought to their attention, they had to replace the entire project. In October we use the company again for extensive bathroom/bedroom/garage remodeling. The entire project ran two weeks over the estimated time to complete it because of work that had to be re-done because mistakes were made in usage of materials. In addition, one of the projects, the refinishing of our bathtub, has proved to be inferior work as the new finish is already coming off. There was no instruction as to how the finish should be cared for or treated. We assumed you could treat it as any other finish on a bath tub. When lifting a suctioned floor mat for cleaning, the finish came off where the suction cups had been adhered to the finish. Never again will we use them.
