Even the post-game process was handled correctly. When it came time for pictures, the staff followed the proper procedures and actually paid attention to the quality of the shot. It was just a much better experience across the board in terms of attitude and customer service. From the moment we walked in, the employee introducing us to the story seemed like they were reading just to get their job over with.
