Round two at The Escape Game was a completely different experience and a fantastic one! We tackled Prison Break, their most challenging room, and had an absolute blast. We ended up using a few hints, but still escaped with 11 minutes to spare, which made it even more exciting. The biggest difference this time was that we felt in control of the experience. Hints were available when we wanted them instead of being given unsolicited, which made solving the puzzles much more satisfying. A special thank you to Hailey, the General Manager, for personally reaching out, helping set everything up, and making sure we had a great experience. That level of customer service really stood out and was greatly appreciated. Thanks again, Hailey! Keep up the outstanding customer service. This is one time I really wished I could give 10 stars! Amber and Jordan were phenomenal! Greeting us with a huge smile on a warm welcome. They explained what the procedures would be and asked if we had questions. Once in the room, Amber was our guide. Explained how we would to play the game and what we needed to do to ask for help. The times that we did ask turned out we were on the right track. We continue to give a great effort to solve it and much to the surprise of the three of us. We solved it with 14 seconds to spare! I took my two boys (10 and 15) during their spring break, and it was the perfect way to spend an afternoon. This was actually our second time here, and somehow, it was even better than the first! This is such a fun night out! Escape rooms are a unique night out and we picked this one cause it's right next to all these restaurants so we ate dinner then walked over to play! We were a group of like 14 so we had to split into 2 rooms, I have to mention we had all had drinks beforehand, now to say none of us got out! lol!! This was the best team bonding experience! We had a couple join our group but it was no big deal. Wow, so much fun! We used 2 hints which didn't cost us anything! Went here to celebrate my birthday with some family & we had an awesome time! We did "The Heist" escape room, it was definitely challenging & a lot of thought was put into the game. The hints gave just enough info without giving away the complete answer. The lady that checked us in complemented my Pokemon backpack & asked if I had a favorite so we chatted a bit about it while we waited for our game to start. After we solved the game with about 9mins to spare, she gave me a birthday card signed by staff members & a hand drawn picture of my fav Pokemon! Best escape room ever! This was my first time partaking in an escape room and I must say it was loads of fun! My husband and his best friend wanted to do a double date so we picked this escape room. There was another group that joined us and it was loads of fun merging our two groups especially when you're in a mission to solve a puzzle and escape before the time runs out. We choose the escape room called "the heist" and there were three or four rooms total we had to get out of and we almost didn't manage to finish but did. I can't wait to go back. The one that I also wanted to do was "jail break" and the host let us see the other escape room which starts off with splitting the group into pairs into three jail cells and you have to get out of the jail cells and try to escape out of different rooms. Tried the escape room for the first time for my husband's birthday. It was so much fun I had to go back. Game: gold rush, the heist The gold rush had a difficulty level of 7/10. We were teamed up with a group of six other people. The games could be private but you had to pay for the other spots in the game if you wanted that experience. The game comes with three clues built in if you get stuck, but the team would have to agree before you receive a clue. It was fun trying to solve the mystery end get out on time. We managed to escape with 10 minutes left. The heist had a difficulty of 8/10. Although one difficulty level higher I thought it was really tough. Our game guide kept giving us hints and clues even when the team never asked for one. I don't think we would have made it out with his help but we wanted that experience as a team to figure it out without help even if we didn't make it out. Nonetheless, the games were fun. I will return to play the other games they offer there, the playground, special ops and prison break. read more

I was able to bring 4 other friends so we had 5 people in the room. I think this was a good number for this room. Room: Gold Rush Level: 7/10 3 free clues, all additional cost you 3 minutes The standard price is $33/person and after understanding how this game works I think it's worth it! It's Very immersive experience, without being scary. Lots of puzzles and a great introduction to the rules. Justin explained everything clearly and was really nice to our crew. We made it out with 15 minutes to spare! UPDATE: they let me come back again and try another room, similar friend group but a total of 6 people. We did Prison Break and I screamed like a little girl when we made it out, with 6 minutes left. I was so excited. The room was very well done and I felt like I was in a cell for real. I will stand by my initial thought that your experience in escape rooms is only as good as the people you go into them with. With that said, I can't imagine not enjoying the classroom/playground room. It totally makes you feel like a kid again. Fun for adults/ teenagers and would be perfect for parents and kids to do together. There were so. many. fun. parts! Recently my team at work visited The Escape Game Jacksonville as part of a team building exercise. I was very excited by this team building activity since I've been wanting to visit an escape room for a few years now, but just haven't had the opportunity. Our team was divided into 2 groups when we got there; one group did the Prison Break Escape Room, and the other did the Special Ops: Mysterious Market Escape Room. I was in the group that did the Special Ops Room and we had an excellent time for the hour we were trying to escape from the room. However we didn't quite make the escape, we were about 2 steps shy of escaping. Let me just say that the escape room game was a lot more challenging than I had anticipated. It was filled with all sorts of unexpected turns and twists that kept us on our toes. Next time my inlaws are in town we are going to take them and try a different room. This is my favorite escape room so far- I've been to 3 different companies and I've been here 2x. My first time I did Gold Rush and was shocked at how detailed and complex the room was! We beat that one. This last time was Special Ops and we missed escaping by about 5 minutes- so close! Again, very detailed rooms and this one gave you too much information~ so you waste time on things that won't advance you. It's a harder room! Went to The Escape Game today for my son's 9th Birthday. We had an absolute blast! Our hostess for the game (Ashley) was amazing! She helped us with our "clues" when we were lost! We did "The Playground" which was super-fun! We were super impressed with the cleanliness (you could smell the sanitizer when we walked into the first room)! They also keep you with only your group which was great. When we were done, my son was surprised with a personalized Birthday card signed by the entire team working! Went here for our annual friends and family summer escape room game. Had a blast playing the "Playground" room since we had 5 kids in our group. While it was challenging and we didn't beat this room it was fun for both the adults and kiddos. The room was really nice and well kept unlike some other places I've been. Out of all the escape rooms I've done, this maybe the best as far as really setting the atmosphere. It is amazing how much detail they put into the room! We did the Spec Ops room and it was a lot of fun. The clues were put together well and you didn't have to be a mind reader to get out. The only reason I'm not giving this place 5 stars is because our room did have some technical difficulties. We didn't know if we were doing something wrong or if it was the room.
