They worked like a finely tuned machine and there was very little conversation between them members and judging by how well they worked in sync they didn't need much. Apparently each team member had a specific skill set but every team member jumped in when needed to work as efficiently as possible. We offered Sam a bonus/tip for the work done and he declined saying that he did what we discussed. It was important for my family that the work was completed in one day and that we were given as much advance notice as possible. We received an email five days before the work was to be completed.
