They worked like a finely tuned machine and there was very little conversation between them members and judging by how well they worked in sync they didn't need much. Apparently each team member had a specific skill set but every team member jumped in when needed to work as efficiently as possible. We offered Sam a bonus/tip for the work done and he declined saying that he did what we discussed. Work was good, first 2 weeks. Work was terrible the 3rd, and last week. Important to have written contract with this business representative; with work to be performed, hours to be worked, and cost for their labor before they start work. Take photos of each project and wherever they store their tools, before and after the work is done. You keep notes on who shows up, when they show up and leave, and what work was actually done for each day. Advise you install video cameras. Business practices that I encountered were terrible. Amazingly bad experience.
