Bad experience based on the attitude of the manager verbally attacking my wife who was taking a picture of merchandise yelling "No Pictures." So my wife quickly left horrified. Its a trinket shop, not an art gallery!!! The toys and Hollywood Beach memorabilia are actually priced very well and the store is packed with a good variety of items which makes it a shame due to the lack of customer service. A very cute souvenir shop at the corner of A1A and Johnson Street. Most everything had the name Hollywood Beach embroidered or stamped on it. This place is dedicated to tourists for memories of their trip. The first few minutes were going well until the manager rudely approached me and demanded that I don't take pictures. Well she instantly lost my business and I left. The manager left too smoking a cigarette then the other employees apologized and told me to come back in and that pictures were fine. Not sure really what was going on here but it was crazy. Not my type of enjoyment and bad experience and will not return. One star is all I can give. read more

I miss home so much! My husband and I decided to come to Hollywood Beach, to get in the water. Guess what? It's raining. So we decided to visit Breeza Beachwear go get some souvenirs for our grandkids. We purchased a large turtle stuffed animal and some really cute tshirts for them. This has to be the biggest souvenir store in the area. Located a block from Hollywood Beach, I was surprised by the size alone. Some prices are okay, but if you know how to haggle, you're better off with the smaller stores. Some don't like that, and if that's the case, this is probably more your type of store. Very nice employees. They make you feel welcomed, and we're helpful in finding a couple gifts for my family. The painted glass flamingos, and the hammerhead sharks are decent quality. Yet you'll pay for it. They have more types of boogie boards than other stores. Parking is difficult, but if staying on or near the beach, walking over is no problem. This store deserves not a 1 star but rather a minus 5 star rating. We shopped at this store 3 times during our vacation in Hollywood Beach. My daughter purchased an anklet for $10 on our first visit. It broke as she went to put it on for the first time, never got to wear. We returned 2 more times to purchase t shirts and other souvenirs. Each time the security guard tracked us like we were criminals. It was so uncomfortable and frankly rude. We just wanted to make our selections and try on sizes! We observed him and other staff following customers and asking questions as to what they were looking at. It's a store! Customers look, that is what shopping is about! We left wishing we had nit given them our business as it was not a pleasant environment. We have now returned homeonly to find that after one washing, the lettering on all t-shirts and sweatshirts purchased is peeling off and the stitching is coming loose. I went to this store in Hollywood Beach and my husband asked the middle-aged woman at the register (may have been the manager) a question about the price of an item. She practically bit his head off. She was the rudest person I ever met. I told her she needed to work on her customer service skills and her response was "oh, ouch" very sarcastically. I would give her a negative 100 rating if I could. If she worked for me, I would fire her ass in a minute. I'm sure this is the same woman that I have read other negative Yelp complaints about. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Not only do they advertise one thing and charge another, I.e they had items listed as 2 for $10 but charged $8 each, but the owner is extremely rude. From the moment we walked through the door asking for an exchange and questioning the charge on the receipt we were given horrible attitude and refused any help. She has no problem being loud and condescending and making sarcastic comments and then playing victim when you get upset. Based on other reviews here, me being Latina probably was not ideal in her eyes either. There are plenty of other stores closer to the beach with cheaper prices and better service. A large tourist gift shop right next door to the Margaritaville resort. They had all the cheap and expensive gift items; clothes, shoes, swimsuits, toys, mugs, you name it. The service was good, they asked if we needed anything. I was there because my sister in law was in town and wanted to get some souvenirs. It was pouring out and they were blasting the air conditioning so it was really cold in there since we were damp. There's lots of beach themed items because well it's near the beach and it's Florida. I noticed some of the items seemed overpriced. I wouldn't normally frequent this shop but for a tourist it's a decent spot to get what you need to bring back home. It's in a convenient spot and there's pay to park lots throughout the area. After you shop, you could go back to the beach! Check it out! read more

I would give this store a zero rating if possible. Every year when on vacation I always stop at Wings in Hollywood Fl, I usually buy a couple of sweatshirts or t shirts. I was browsing with my son on the evening of November 16, 2022. We were going to purchase 2 baseball caps & 2 insulated cups with lids & straws ( all bearing Hollywood Fl logos). The signs for both the caps & cups were clearly marked "2 for $20.00. " We proceeded to cashier expecting to pay $40.00+ tax but cashier rang up $106.00 (plus change). I questioned her about the signs on the merchandise & she said it was a mistake. I said so neither item was marked correctly & she responded "Sorry the signs are wrong -it's a mistake." Five days ago I purchased a pop up tent at Wings. I was told right off no refunds on beach stuff at the till. Products sold at Wings are of the lowest quality possible. The sales clerk guy in the store couldn't even show me how to close it up after you pop it open as it was beyond his capabilities. When I tried at home the instructions were total garbage. Watched a 50 second video on Youtube instead and got it. Within 3 days the material was separating and splitting apart on not only the pop up tent but also the bag it came it. Zipper was already shot after 3 days. The four anchors that came with it were also worthless as they are only 4 inches long and that doesn't nothing in loose beach sand to secure it. Today day 5 it was falling apart more so. It was slightly windy at the beach today. Left the pop up tent for only 10- 15 mins to buy a burger at the beach stand and the piece of crap pop up tent blew away into the ocean. Total waste of 35 dollars for some trash that was trash from day one and only lasted five days. Don't buy cheap junk at Wings. You'll only be disappointed. Spend some cash and go to the Bal Harbour Shops instead and buy quality. They only carry cheap junk from China. Thank You read more

Wish I could give a negative star rating. Came here from a recommendation from another store since they did not have what I needed. Bought goggles for my son. As soon as I opened the package the mask broke. It was clear there was some sort of defect. Since we never got to use it and I had the receipt I went to return it. This middle age woman who I spoke to was the rudest most awful person I have ever encountered. When I explained the issue she asked me what I wanted to do about it. She pointed to the receipt and told me there were no refunds and then she dismissed me and started ringing in another order. I made a phone call before driving over here to make sure that they closed at 10. The woman over the phone that answered the phone said yes they close at 10. I went to the store and was trying on bathing suits. I arrived at 9pm. I was trying on my last bathing suit, and the manager started yelling at me in the dressing room, telling me that they were closing the registers at 9:30pm. The store is advertised to be open until 10 and I called to make sure it was very rude of her yelling at me to hurry up. I did not try on the lastathing sit because she was rushing me. I put the bathing suits back on the rack and I asked an employee why were the yelling at me it was not even 935 yet. she told me it was not heard that was yelling but the manager. The manager has an Eastern European accent, and a big nose and she's os old. I went up to her and I asked her why was she yelling at me when it wasn't 10 PM? She said sarcastically oh, what's wrong? Did I hurt your feelings? I said you guys advertise that you close at 10 and I called ahead of time to make sure she said well you didn't talk to me. And I asked her what her name was and she would not tell me so we started arguing because I said if you close at 10 then you're supposed to close at 10 not at 9:35 that's false advertising. I told her we were being careful and I had an eye on him and she screeched that she was not talking to me and if anything was broken he had to pay for it. THEY SELL USED ITEMS. I bought rush-guard (white XS with high collar). When I brought it at home I found out that the inner part of the collar is really dirty with tone cream, - the item is used. My mistake - I didn't expect it and didn't check it at the store. I tried to return it - no return policy - only replace. The store has very poor selection. They didn't have anything XS rush-guards, only M size red and green, or blue with open neck. I tried to communicate to ask the manager to order the same item or order any other neutral color with high neck XS size and we can pick it up later, even in 5 days. The only answer we got: "no return policy - exchange to anything at the store". But we don't need anything else. So, be aware - THEY SELL USED ITEMS - CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE PURCHASE. i purchased two long-sleeved tees while on vacation in march 2021. worn once, laundered once when i arrived home this week. when i removed them from a (not too hot) dryer the decals peeled off in large chunks from both the front and back of each of them. shirts were $25+ each. obviously shoddy workmanship. i tried to look for an email address to write to them and provide photos hoping they would do the right thing and give me a store credit. no luck. i'm thinking that to call them would be a complete waste of time since their 'customer service' both on the selling floor and particularly at the regiester was non-exsistent when i was face to face buying things! read more

We had a wonderful time at the beach and went to buy souvenirs for our family back home. It was me, my husband, and 2 sister's and we were constantly followed by one employee. We had items in our hand ready to purchase she walked up to me and rudely said I told you I would help you hurry up what do you need. The racisim we experienced was awful. There are no refunds on 99% of the items so if you buy something then well you might just lose on some money that could have been used on something way more worth it. So make sure you try on clothes cause sometimes the sizing is way off on clothes and bathing suits. They sell used and damaged items to continue to make money instead of donating these unwanted clothes. "That's why they are discounted, someone will buy it." That is their logic. And I understand that this is the beach but a lot of their items are also overpriced for such cheap items. The only thing good I can say is that their customer service is decent. read more
