He did the brakes fine, except failed to tighten the lugnuts ALL THE WAY AROUND. The back left wheel completely dislodged on a busy freeway putting my life, my sons, and the people around me at serious risk of injury. Thankfully I was able to get the car to the side of the road. That being said his inability to tighten a lugnut all the way costed me $750 for extensive repairs due to the damage caused by the wheel falling off. Go elsewhere if you want the work done right the first time and not risk injury driving after poor work.

This trip for grangers was 130 miles round trip and only charged me 275.00. Hwy 54 towing is a joke and a rip off. His place is a disaster and so unprofessional. The driver of the towing company informed me once the tow was over the price had went up $100. This was never mentioned before or during the tow. I was already frustrated on my bus breaking down & was not in the mood to argue. Although I should had only paid the quote that I was given. I signed a receipt agreeing to $650+tax. Totaling to $685. I checked my bank, they charged me an additional $27.13. I called the company within the same hour. They said it was for a credit card charge. No where on the receipt does it say that, not did the man who towed my bus mention that. After telling them this they agreed to refund my card. A few days later I received a phone call from a man at this business stating a lady tried to refund my card of the over charged but she didn't know what she was doing. He told me he would take care of this. I emailed this company yesterday, got no response. I would never deal with this company again nor trust them with my credit card.

Everyone is friendly and willing to assist…read more This last time, we brought our Expedition there to get repaired because we hit one of those four legged brown things that like to run out into the road randomly this time of the year. Well darn thing took out the entire right headlight assembly, don't worry animal lovers, as far as I know it's still alive laughing at us, because it continued on it's merry way afterwards, didn't even offer assistance after. Anyway, got on the horn with the insurance company, they said take wherever you'd like. We brought it to Courtesy because they have their own body shop on premises. After all the quoting and adjusting the insurance company needed to do, Dennis at Courtesy got to work. Now we got a estimated time of completion, but we took it just as that, an estimate. Well wouldn't you know it, it was done on time, and I'll tell you what, Dennis is truly a master of his craft because doesn't even look like anything happened. In fact the front right looks too good, so now we have to find another deer so we can get the left side done!! Kidding, we would not actively look for a deer with intent, unless it was with proper hunting gear!!
