My dealing with them is RUN FAR. They text all am saying…read morethey would be there about 8 am then a little while later be there 9 then little while later 10 then a little while later 11 Then show up 1145 and had someone waiting for them entire time A weak old lady shows up with a car trailer to haul a 500LB motorcycle and couldn't even load it!!!! Almost dropped bike multiple times trying So waited for MY brother to come and help load it Then the lady thru one strap over the seat and no wheels chocks and said she was leaving. My brother got on the trailer and showed her how the bike can move a foot to the left or to the right and NO WAY was it making it 1 stop or 1 brake or 1 corner She admits she has never hauled a motorcycle ever and is going to start with my $20,000 motorcycle. This company sent her out with no motorcycle loading equipment. My brother then suggested how to do it, but she still did it some of her own way and strapped it to the rim and in the pics looks like the straps are reefing on my spokes and are most likely bent and most likely rims are scratched from the cheap straps she had, most likely my bars with be scratched from not using the proper straps as well. Most likey with No wheel chock she put too much pressure on my fork seals and they will be leaking. She would not have made it to the corner and had to drive from Columbus to Milwaukee like 75 miles.
