I got their Cloud 9 subscription and took the car through their wash a few times and started noticing swirl marks all over the paint. These swirl marks are clearly visible when you look closely but they are not easily captured in pictures. The soft touch brushes they use are not gentle enough for a new vehicle and the damage is unacceptable. What's even more frustrating is that management is denying any responsibility or accountability for the damage caused.
