I have used both touchless and hand wand. Touchless the car is not clean at all only was trying to rinse off dust. Dirtier than when I started. Spot less rinse crap. Shown Cecil the manager. Didn't care .., go somewhere else ! read more

Sometimes, you just need to do a spa....well, I've never done one, but I thought my car was due. ;) After traveling hundreds of miles up to Canada, my car was definitely starting to look like the fabled "Indian Car" (aieeee!). It was dusty, had cow flops squeezed within the tire treads, and was plastered with dead grasshoppers (it wasn't "one-eyed" though---I had both headlights working!). So, while in the metropolis known as Strathmore (note: I'm trying to be funny), I eyed the "auto spa". Sounded very Beverly Hills-ish to me. So, I pulled in. Basically, its just a do-it-yourself car wash, but its different in that the whole thing is enclosed. I reckon this is for those dreaded Alberta winters when car washing would not seem very practical in the middle of an ice storm. Otherwise, it's your basic car wash. The machine had trouble taking some of my quarters, so I ended up having to cut my wash short. Overall, I'd give it 2.5 stars. read more

I am giving one star because its the lowest rating possible. This place deserves no stars. We were in town for a sports tournament and thought we would vacuum out the car. My first hint should have been that none of the eight cleaning stalls had garbage cans. What WAS there was a recycle bin for bottles only and a sign stating how rude it was to leave garbage. So we kept the lunch bag in our car to throw out at the gas station and put money in the vacuum....which wouldnt start. The guy working wouldnt answer the help button, or the door to his office (even though we could see him) so we moved to another stall and put money in another vaccuum...which also didnt work. I finally got the guy to answer the door and he told me "vacuum doesnt work...too bad, cant help u", he would not return my $5 or offer a vacuum that did work. Guess what, I left my garbage after all. read more

This place is a complete disaster. Horriblely run and looked after . The staff is rude and dont speak english when you ask for something. But can speak good english when they need to tell you something . I cant believe this place is in operation. Will NOT be going back to this place . Will just go to the city. I used to go this car wash regularly but it has really gone downhill and now I go to a different one in town that is better taken care of. Overall this car wash is not maintained. As you pull up to the main door the "button" to disable to undercarriage wash is nothing more that a few wires hanging from a post. This has been in this condition for months. There is a gaping hole that was torn in the curtain between two of the bays that is still unrepaired after more than a year. So if you are in either of these bays you get spray from the person next to you. A few more issues.... the coin machines often do not work. When you try to tell someone who works there they tell you that you did not put the coins in right ?? I did not know there was a variety of ways to put coins in a slot. They guy comes out and puts a loonie in for me and it dies again after 15 seconds. He must not put them in right either. They have such a delay on when the water starts. For example, you put your money in and it says you have 2:30 but the water does not actually start for almost ten seconds. Yet when the timer gets to 0:00 the water stops abruptly. Rip off. I tried the automatic car wash. The dryer at the end has a count down. With 22 seconds left it stops working but keeps counting down. Go in to tell someone...they shrug their shoulders and say something non-English. One week later still does it...nobody cares. The last time I was there they had no hot water and it was all cold. Too expensive to heat the water now. Overall this is a very poorly maintained business. They have no pride in their building or operations. It just seems like nobody cares about the business or customer service. They want to make money, not fix anything and be as cheap as possible. There are better places in town for the same price. read more

DO NOT USE THE FOAM BRUSH!! Better yet, don't go here!!! Brought my 9 day old SUV in for a wash today, 9 days brand new off the lot. The foam brush left scratches all around, and when confronted the older Asian man just continually shook his head "no, no, no." He denied it, as if I would lie about where these scratches came from within a 20 minute span of us being there. read more

I just washed my car at this wand car wash. Pressure was poor, soap was awful and the amount of time provided was very poor. Overall I washed my car and when I was driving home determined that I would need to wash it again. An ugly film was all over the windows and they needed to be re-cleaned. I am mad and out a Loonie, yes a whole Loonie. Because I did not read the too small print on the credit card machine which I was not using, I did not get water flow to rinse my car off. So I spoke to the employee and he told me because I did not follow the instructions I missed the ready light indicator which is on the credit card section of the machine. So I admitted my error and asked for another LOONIE to finish my wash. He refused to do that. I was shocked and I mean shocked. I am along time customer at your business. Imagine penalizing a customer for not getting it right. So, what should I do? Remember that this business is not there to keep customers happy. So I will do something. I will tell all my contacts about your poor customer service. read more
