I wanted a marquise diamond for years and could never find one I liked for a reasonable price, this was actually cheaper to design my own from what I was seeing at other jewelers chains!! The bands are not connected so I can interchange them as I want, or wear the plain band when painting or working out! The ring box actually lights up too, such a cool touch!! He informed me that not in the office that day because he was about to leave town for vacation and he gave me the names of a couple other places I could call. After that did not work out Richard called me back and told me he could meet me at his office in ten minutes if that worked with my schedule. I received hands down some of the best customer service and I will definitely be keeping Richard in mind for all future custom jewelry needs!

I bought a ring here and at another R&H story in another city. The rings I bought pair together…read morelike a bridal set although the stone is not a diamond. the problems I've had repairing the engagement ring is beyond difficult. The shank on the engagement ring thinned and broke, so I asked to have the rings soldered together. When I got the ring back, it didn't fit on my ring finger. It was suggested that I wear it on a different finger since "it's a cocktail ring" and if I wanted to get it sized for my ring finger, I had to pay more money. I was not happy, but i had no alternative. I paid more money, got the ring back and the soldering broke. They repaired it and it broke again. Now, they told me they would have to take the rings apart and give me the wedding ring back, then repair the engagement ring because it had the protection plan but the other ring didn't. So basically, I spent $220 to have my rings soldered, to break twice and then taken back apart. This could have been avoided if they just fixed my ring right the first time. If they couldn't solder it properly so it would fit and not break, why did they take my money? The worst part is, they deflected the blame to me, saying "you bought a cocktail ring" (so like why would we even care if it doesn't fit on your ring finger?) and " it's thinning out because you've had it for several years." Yes, but I gave it to you to fix it, which you did not. The worst customer service takes no accountability and blames the customer. I won't buy anything at R&H again

My fiancé and I just purchased our engagement ring and wedding bands…read more We decided on a smaller jeweler because of the Covid virus effect on them. We are so glad we did!!! The personal time, treatment we received was wonderful. It just so happened the engagement ring was there and they sized it on the spot. Less than a week later the bands were in, we arrived before the store open. Steve Shannon was in saw us and let us in and took care of us. Once again resized the rings as mine are a double band on each side of engagement ring. His daughter works with him and she is such a "jewel". We would highly recommend Shannon Jewlers to everyone!
