We stopped last weekend to pick up last minute perennials during the Anniversary Sale. August 1-14 is their Anniversary Sale with 30% perennials, trees, and shrubs, 50% off pottery and fountains, and annuals were on sale too. After roaming the lush greenhouses, we ended up getting 5 perennials to fill in our obsecure garden spots left. There are always associates able to answer all your gardening questions and problems. I never feel "silly" or "dumb" asking novice questions. On our first shopping trip, we were suggested to sign up for their Extraordinary Gardeners Club, which is their frequent rewards club. Stopped in Mothers Day weekend. Tried to look at plants in greenhouses other than the sales building because what I was looking for had been picked over. Was told I could not be in those areas even though all items were priced for sale. If you want to sell your plants, make them available to the public. Happy to take my money down 306 to other gArden centers willing to allow me to browse their selections! read more

We love their fall fest! We go every year! There's a magic show, face painting, pumpkin painting, free balloons, free gourds, tractor rides, a balloon maker and bounce houses! They have really cute displays also! Oh and the butterfly lady is awesome too!! Everyone that works there is extremely friendly! read more

I don't usually write reviews- however- this is bar none the best greenhouse and nursery in OHIO ( I visit nursery's for plants/ features/ supplies for clients several times a week all over the place!) Love this place. In the Summer it is THE place to get annuals, perennials, trees, shrubs, cool pots, etc. All of the flowers I bought there did well in my yard (as a matter of fact, the ones I bought from burpree.com did NOT do well). So they sell good quality products. I love going here in the Wintertime. We have never bought a Christmas tree here but I have bought decor for the house. They design gorgeous statement displays pieces. They also do amazing landscaping for the home. read more

Last year I landscaped my front yard with perennials. I purchased all my plants from Bremecs. I had purchased 3 peony plants (Paeonia 'Dancing Butterfly'). I was so excited to find single blossom plants. This spring to my surprise they bloomed double white. I contacted Bremecs with my problem, the most they would do for me is a 25% discount to replace the plants. I think they would be more responsible for selling mislabeled plants. I recently ordered 4 yards of mulch fropm this company as a second chance for them . I had a previous experience with them and wrote it off as a fluke as anyone can make a mistake, this time theh same ting happened and it can't be a coincidence. They took an order for 4 yards of mulch from me to be delievered . It was during the week , so I was not there when it was delivered. Much to my suprise the amount was visibly under sized. I knopw what 4 yards of mulch looks like and got opinions from two different friends who also agreed it was way short. I called the center and spoke to a young lady who was very nice , but differred to the manager who refused to talk to me and said that he himself loaded it and it was four yards. ( of course the guy who shorted me was not going to even talk to me about it) The young lady who was on the phone basically told me in a a patronizing way that "that was that , goodbye." Never again will I use them for anything and warn anyone that the manager and his staff gave me a terrible customer service experience as well as not delivering the product as described and purchased. read more

We were customers of Bremec's for about 6 years. We always bought our outdoor plants there and never had any problems with the nursery. For the past 3-4 years we have used them for our pond services. We bought our fish there as well as our pond plants and supplies. Over the years, we had a few unfriendly encounters with Jim in the pond shop. He always seemed aggressive and short-tempered and we would do our best to get what we needed and leave quickly. This year we tried to schedule a pond clean-up and opening via Bremec's and to do this, we had to deal with Jim on the phone. He was unfriendly and unprofessional from the very first conversation. He set up the appointment to clean the pond 3 times and then no one ever showed up to do the job. After the 3rd missed appointment, we called back to discuss the missed appointments and when we spoke with Jim, he became irate, blamed us for the missed appointments, and then hung up on us! With so many options at your disposal for pond services, there is no reason to put up with such poor customer service. We ended up using a service called Tom's Pond - the service was quick, clean, and affordable and no one hung up on us! Jim needs to learn that people do not need to come to his pond shop (we won't be any more) and that customer service is not a luxury - it's a necessity. Hanging up on customers and verbally attacking them causes customers to turn elsewhere for their needs, and we are proof of that. read more
