Judging by the only other review from four years ago, this place has seen better days. The only option was the jumbo machines at more than double the price. I ended up combining my two loads (after I had separated them before arriving) into one jumbo machine. Additionally, this place was dirty. Was originally going to give it one star but the dryers worked well - was able to dry entire double load in a half hour.

When I told her I never used this type of a business before she pretty much held my hand thru the process. Karen has a 1000W smile and is very friendly. It shows that she enjoys helping the customers. She also makes sure the floor is clean and dry - not easy task when the snow outside is melted and mixed with mud. Horrible business. The following are 3 bad experiences I've had with them. But even worse is how…read morestupid I am to have gone back to them for cleaning after just the first bad experience. #1- they lost a sports coat of mine. #2- I had them sew a button on a pair of pants. I had the button, it was just loose. They charged me $20 just to sew on the button, outrageous. Then I swore I'd never go back. But since I couldn't find another dry cleaner within 100 miles I took in a shirt to be cleaned...#3- They charged my credit card before even picking up the shirt, without asking. Then when calling them on it, I was told since my credit card was on file (only because I previously paid with that card), I was told if that card wasn't on file, I'd have to pay for the cleaning I wanted beforehand. So, if none of these 3 issues don't bother you then go ahead and be taken advantage of. But for me, I'd rather go around wearing dirty cloths than use Camelot Cleaners again!!!!
