I don't have kids but the sign at the door saying no kids due to Covid is ridiculous. A couple came in to do laundry with a toddler. Attendant meet them at the door and said no kids aloud. Then said well if you hold him. How is holding him any difference with Covid. News says kids can't get it anyway. The purple haired owner came in and belittled her employee in front of everyone. I have been going there for 15 yrs and had a ccw for ten yrs and never had a problem until today with the owner (Marie) she demanded I take my gun off i said why and all she could say is I am the owner and I don't want them in here my response was is it posted she said no and then threatened to call the cops keep in mind north dakota is a OPEN CARRY STATE AND THERE ARE NO SIGNS UP ABOUT WEAPONS . I wouldn't recommend because of the price. They are very expensive for the washing and drying. It is not that big. The washers are outdated for the price charged. 3 dollars to wash a small load and 3 dollars to dry a load. I recently used the laundromat off of highway 10. I will be going there again. read more

What a wonderful town everyone is so nice !! Wile I was in town I had to clean the bus and wash all the comforters and sheets !! Not an easy task with 12 bunks Sherpa !! Well Ann the manager of this clean laundromat offered to help me with how many to put into the large machine!! Well she was a gift she jumped right in and before I knew it she had everything in the washing machines and wile I cleaned my Bus I came back in to check the progress and she already had them in the dryer!! It's places like this that make me proud to live in this country!! Anyway went back out to finish my cleaning and when I went back in she was folding them !!! What a great time doing laundry lol .. when I was done carrying the stuff in the bus she knocked on the door and handed me a recipe for the 37.00 for the machine and my change !! And when I offered her a tip she refused and told me she was glade she could help !!!!! read more

I'll give them one star since I didn't actually do laundry there. The problem is they have a sign saying no kids allowed inside at all. I could live with that, but they blame it on safety protocols for COVID which is completely ridiculous. If you don't want kids just say that, don't lie and hide behind COVID. Only been there once. Never going back. Service is nice and the facility is very well cleaned. The machines seem pretty old and the "giant" washing machine is kinda pricey. And, the dryers suck up all your quarters. Not the best option, if you're actually trying to "clean" your clothes. read more

We tried to come in on a Saturday night. 8:30pm... a full hour and a half before close. Just to use the dryers. Clothes were already washed, just needed to be dried since our dryer at home broke. We were told to leave because "there were no customers" and they were closing (mind you, there were in fact customers inside already). "I already started cleaning" we were told by staff. This was the very first time I was using a laundromat. This place is so nice. Bright, clean, plenty of washers and driers. I was lucky that attendant named Karen was working today. When I told her I never used this type of a business before she pretty much held my hand thru the process. Karen has a 1000W smile and is very friendly. It shows that she enjoys helping the customers. She also makes sure the floor is clean and dry - not easy task when the snow outside is melted and mixed with mud. I know I will use that business again. I will also tell my friends about it. You guys got yourselves some new customers who will patronize your business . Very clean! Attendant on staff, and is very helpful. A variety of laundry supplies (detergent, fabric softener, etc.) are stocked in small sizes, so one does not need to carry heavy jugs back and forth. There are 3 sizes of washers and 2 sizes of dryers. The mid-sized washer will hold one King sized comforter or even 2 full size comforters. This is the most pleasant public laundry I have ever used! Oh, they even have a message recliner to use, though I thought it too spendy for my budget. read more
