I was so confused when I went inside and there was some sort of volleyball game going on. This is just an auditorium that this town uses where they decorate the outside annually. The tags said machine wash and tumble dry. I did just that. They came out of the wash wrinkled and even with ironing, they were very wrinkled and one even came apart at the seams. When I returned them to the store they said they would need to contact the manufacturer to see if the placemats could be washed. They then claimed that the placemats needed to be dry-cleaned despite the tags indicating they could be machine washed. Who makes placemats that need to be dry cleaned? They refused to allow me to return or exchange the item despite having my sales receipt and coming back 10 days after the original purchase. I spent close to $200.00 in this store total and it was my first visit to this establishment. It will be the last dime and time I ever throw towards this business.
