Where shall I begin ? A deer ran into the front side of my car and my insurance company…read morerecommended Smail. I immediately took my car to see them. They kept it for days and finally got back to me to tell me it was going to cost 12 K and final number was 9 K. I waited for 3 weeks and picked up my car and the right light where the deer jumped into my car was not working. I called and returned the car to Smail and they then said, they put a used light in the car and now needed insurance to pay for a new one. So I leave again and they call me to come in and the repair should take about an hour. 3.5 hours later I am still sitting in their small office. After 3.5 hours, they tell me the computer won't work so the new headlight and running light will not work and that I have to take it to the dealership. I make an appointment at the dealership in Pittsburgh and they take the car apart again and lo and behold find that there is NO LIGHT BULB. They have to order the bulb and again I must go in and get the bulb installed. One might say that Smail is not the brightest bulb in the chandelier LOL. I have never encountered such incompetence.
