Dan the, business owner, promised that he was able to code custom portfolio displays for our site, but instead gave us unmodified assets from a pre-built theme that did not work the way we required. Farell Co. is a shovelware company, they off load generic assets as a finished product to their clients, all while promising a custom built website. Additionally after a separate designer fixed the mess that Farell Co. had left us with it appears they may have copied elements from our new site (they had left themselves as administrators).
