Outstanding! Carla was the second to respond to my quote request and the most responsive on scheduling a (virtual) walkthrough. She and her colleague arrived exactly on time (rare, to say the least) and quickly got to work on our castle, work masks the entire time, staying clear of family gatherings and providing a heads up when they were moving positions. Their COVID response is top notch. Our former cleaners would use Fabuloso for that famous post-cleaning scent, which is cool on the psychology front, but I'd rather have a legitimately cleaned room other than a perfumed one, and a big plus from Carla was her use of light (if any) fragrance products. The white glove test proved to me that the rooms, door jambs, window sills, appliance tops and more were actually spotless. And as a family with seasonal allergies, we appreciated the lack of irritation from overpowered scents.
