The front desk was very nice and pleasant. Got called in not to long after arrival. The hygienist and doctor were very nice and informative. I don't always feel compelled to write reviews but I just recently had an appointment for my…read moreyoungest son and I was newly struck with the amazing service of Dr. Viechnicki and the entire staff at Smilelogic. Dr. Viechnicki is has probably the greatest bed side manner of any doctor I've ever met in my entire life hands down! I'm not sure how he always manages to be so unimaginably calm and gentle and reassuring, but he never fails. He explains all the procedures in detail at every visit and is more than happy to answer any questions. My son absolutely adores him and appreciates the fact that he always tells him what's going on during the adjustments and prepares him when he might do something that might hurt. Kayleigh at the front desk is incredible as well and worked extra hard to make sure I am getting the most from my insurance. She is always friendly and helpful and was incredibly accommodating the one time I needed to come in for an unscheduled appointment to fix a brace that had come loose. There are also fun little touches that the staff does like "coins" earned for each appointment, "guess the # of candy" contests and meticulously writing up each kid's name on the front board during their birthday month. I've take both my kids to Smilelogic (My first son was thrilled with how his teeth turned out) and I've never had a bad visit. I couldn't recommend them any more highly :)

Just got off the phone with their front desk and my appointment was canceled for the third time and they try to reschedule me again after I've worked my whole schedule around this. And they tell me the doctor has a stomach bug and when I insinuated is there nobody else she laughed and said well we can get the doctor to come in and work on you if you really want them working on you sick while laughing. So at this point, I asked her what is the cancellation policy if I canceled today day of appointment and she said $100 so I'm hoping to get $100 credit on my account because that's not fair for them to be able to do this for the third time This office was great at one time but now all I hear are excuses and people not knowing what they are doing getting multiple phone calls in one day to change an appointment. Keep an appointment. I'm pretty sure the doctor went away and he just called out sick today. UPDATE: they discontinued service with me because I told the truth about their service. Seems as though they cannot deal with brutal honesty. Look they called me 3 times in one day to cancel and reschedule this appointment - for the same damn day the doctor ended up canceling day of - hours before the appointment. Again they use to be amazing - now they have a front office who is inconsistent and management that can't hold them accountable.
