The front desk was very nice and pleasant. Got called in not to long after arrival. The hygienist and doctor were very nice and informative. I went in for my routine cleaning and I my experience here was exceptional. I am glad to of found a great dentist! Considering I have a baby tooth and I am 32. I trust them to take care THAT once it falls out. I would absolutely recommend going here to a family or friend!!

Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience--and honestly, consistent with the level of…read moreservice I've experienced here over time. I scheduled a straightforward, out-of-pocket cleaning because I was preparing to leave the country and wanted to take care of it beforehand. I was very clear over the phone that I did NOT want a full exam or additional services. This is not unusual for me. I typically get my teeth cleaned 3-4 times per year--twice through insurance and additional cleanings out-of-pocket. Jill and Olivia at this office have both handled these arrangements with me in the past without any issue. In this case, the office confirmed they would reach out if anything came up. Olivia later called and confirmed the appointment date, time, and the price--$150 for a cleaning only, no exam, no dentist required. At no point was there any indication that this arrangement would not be honored. When I arrived, the hygienist refused to perform the cleaning, suddenly claiming I needed to see the dentist first--something that was never communicated at any point prior. The office manager then came out, followed by the dentist. I explained that I've had this exact type of cleaning done at this office multiple times in the past without being required to go through an exam. The dentist's response was that it had been "allowed" previously, which only highlights how inconsistent their own policies are. What makes this worse is that I have in fact been seen within the past year--specifically in March 2025, June, and September. Despite that, the dentist claimed I had not been seen in over a year. At no point did anyone take the time to properly review or verify my records before refusing service. So as an established patient, I was turned away for a basic cleaning that was clearly scheduled, confirmed, and priced in advance--based on information that appears to be incorrect and without any effort to resolve it. What's most concerning is the lack of consistency and professionalism. I received one set of clear instructions and confirmations over the phone, only to be told something completely different once I arrived. Over time, visits here have also felt increasingly transactional. Appointments often include repeated recommendations for additional products or services--whether requested or not--which creates the impression that the focus is more on selling than on providing straightforward care. In this case, instead of receiving a simple cleaning before an international trip, I was denied service altogether with no attempt to find a solution or offer any reasonable path forward. This entire situation could have been avoided with basic communication and a simple review of records. I left without being treated and will be finding a new dentist. I would not recommend this office to anyone expecting clear communication, consistency, or a genuinely patient-focused experience.

I'd never had a cavity filled and was nervous, plus I'd had some not-so-great experiences with my previous dentist. My mom had mentioned that she goes to Smile Society and has had a great experience thus far. I called Smile Society and they were able to schedule me for 2 visits in the span of 4 days - 1 for an exam & 1 for the fillings. During my exam, they took detailed photos of my teeth & the cavities they saw. Dr. Singh pulled the photos up on a TV screen to show me exactly what we were looking at & formulate a plan for fillings. It helped me understand where issues were and what needed immediate attention. After my exam, they noted that I had an additional cleaning available through my insurance if I wanted to use it - and I did! I appreciated them pointing that out to me, otherwise I wouldn't have known. I was nervous about having cavities filled since I've never experienced it before. Dr. Singh answered all my questions, put my mind at ease, and I was in & out quickly. My cavities were small, so they didn't need to numb me with a needle. The procedure was PAINLESS! I booked my 6-month follow-up immediately. I'll absolutely come down from NYC to Smile Society for future dental work. The staff is welcoming, kind, and make you feel at ease. Cannot recommend more.

PLASE READ I have…read moresuffered from severe bruxism (grinding) my entire life. By 31, my teeth were ground down to the dentin. Despite years of Invisalign, multiple bite guards, and countless visits to different dentists, things only got worse. My condition was never taken seriously. Room-temperature water hurt to drink. Even slightly cool air hurt to breathe. I felt hopeless and believed I would live in pain forever. Thankfully I was recommended to Dr. Aydin and Dr. Mossad's clinic and listening to them was the best decision I ever made. Where most dentists dismissed my pain or insinuated that I was dramatic - Nyman/Monica did the opposite - they listened and respected my concerns while remaining objective in their clinical analysis. After much deliberation and several consultations, it was agreed that my teeth were not in a state that was recoverable by normal means and that the only real solution was a full mouth rehab. It was refreshing to see them take all options into consideration and recommend the correct choice - not what was easiest for me to avoid scaring me away or what made them the most money. Despite knowing this was the only real solution I was still terrified. I have the most sensitive teeth on the planet so the prospect of crowns on almost every tooth was so scary I was paralyzed by fear. Now most dentists would find patients like me difficult... but the level of care/empathy Dr. Aydin/Mossad provided helped me conquer that fear and even gave me hope. Hope to live a life without pain, something I had given up on. I was reassured that every precaution would be taken to prevent any pain or anxiety I might have during the 6-8 hour procedure required to complete my restoration - and it was. I have had more pain brushing my teeth at night than I did having my entire mouth restored from the ground up with them. It has been 2-3 months since the procedure and every single day I wake up I am thankful I put my trust in them. It has brought me to tears on several occasions. The level of skill that must have been required to do the miracle they did... It is hard to fathom. This doesn't even include the fact that my new teeth look perfect. They look so natural nobody believes they are crowns. This is not normal dental service. This is art combined with medical excellence. Be thankful you are even reading this review because that means you are lucky enough to have the same opportunity I had - to be beneficiary of greatness. If you go to any dental clinic but this one you are making a grave mistake.

I was able to do all the paperwork conveniently online before my appointment. Her approach to dentistry was a very refreshing outlook where she looked for the why & ways to prevent issues and approached dentistry with the whole body view in a holistic way. She explained everything in an extremely easy way to understand and digest. She was understanding of my concerns and what my goals were for my teeth. Her "comfort menu" offered at the beginning of the appointment was helpful in creating a relaxing environment (I've never seen this before). The overall office was top notch. They gave a full tour of the office instead of just taking me to my room which was so comforting. She had many alternative methods in her way to approach dentistry including ways of taking X-rays including CBCT. The new initial patient exam was informative & she explained the results in detail and how I can improve my dental, airway & sleep health. She tested my oxygen levels and airway as I was having breathing issues during sleep. Explained next steps in helping me with my airway and sleep. I elected to get Invisalign & the equipment she used (I believe called iTero) was comforting and quick to get instant feedback (no impressions needed). Everything was done right there on the spot and she showed how Invisalign can make my smile the way I want. Dr Artani offered traditional & alternative ways to getting fillings and explained me my options. I will definitely be bringing my kids here as well after Dr Artani explained about HealthyStart which will help my kids with early guided growth and sleeping/open mouth breathing issues. Front desk was friendly & helpful in processing payment and made it convenient to schedule any additional appointments needed. Ample parking available and located on the first floor. Highly recommend Dr Artani at Thrive Dental Wellness.

My primary dentist sent me to an endodontist to treat the problem which they felt was a root canal. But the endodontist said that after reviewing a full set of x-rays on the area in question said there was no problem that a root canal would solve. He referred me to a different endodontist for a second opinion who had the same conclusion. However, he routed me to a different endodontist who agreed to do the root canal but warned me that he wasn't sure that it would relieve me of the constant pain I was having. Fortunately, someone suggested Dr Panzarino to me and I went to see him prior to going to have the root canal. Dr. Panzarino also said that I did not need a root canal and suggested that my problem could be neurological not dental and that I should see a neurologist before getting any dental work done.
