I did the Sunday special bc it was much cheaper & I wanted to check it out first before spending more. . As we were on our way for our scheduled tour , we got a call about the pilot feeling sick so we could either get a refund or reschedule . We were both able to accommodate each other by us coming later that day . Once we got to our second scheduled Appt... we had to wait about 45 mins longer bc they were backed up due to the previous pilot not being able to fly out . No biggie at all . The receptionist was very genuine & apologizing & I know things come up . We were given champagne for our troubles ! Of course, I'm not mad at that . The views were BEAUTIFUL! I meannn i get on airplanes a lot but the views and seeing Tampa from that aspect is a memory i hope to never forget . I'd definitely ride again soon !

The only downside was the pickup time, very early, return time very late. One tire had a blowout near Ellington Mall and we were taken there by another bus until the tire was replaced. If you don't want to drive for 5 hours or have a 14 day cruise (parking $308 + gas and tolls), take the bus.

It was two of us with 4 large pieces of luggage. They arrived on time , put our luggage in the car, assisted us getting in, provided water and got us to the airport safely, quickly and without incident. The $75.00 charge was very reasonable to ride in comfort, not worry about parking at the airport and/or the fees for parking. The online booking is easy to use and they reply quickly and on short notice. Big Mike and team are outstanding and reliable. We contacted them the day before we came back in the country and they replied even though the online booking said they were booked through 12/18/2025 and they were on standby at 11:45 pm at night to pick us up. When our flight didn't arrive- they followed up with us to get our new flight information. I cannot express our gratitude and satisfaction with WHITE GLOVE CAR SERVICE. We will use them again .
