I trusted them for over 10 years, but they failed to submit my commercial renewal paperwork, leaving my business entirely uninsured for 51 days without my knowledge.When confronted, they lied to cover up their error, claiming the cancellation was for "non-payment." This is demonstrably false--they never initiated the paperwork to generate an invoice.This is the second consecutive year they have mishandled my accounts. Their administrative neglect and deceptive behavior are unacceptable. Avoid this agency if you want your business protected. When the body shop took nearly two months to complete the claim repair, Bill Johnson told us Allstate would pay for a week of a rental car even though it wasn't on our policy. Once the claim was closed, we changed insurance companies because we found better home and auto insurance coverage that was less expensive. Two days after we switched, Bill Johnson called and said that because we changed companies, Allstate would not pay for the rental car as they promised, because it was a "courtesy" and he was upset we changed insurance companies. Of course, this was after we had we paid $700+ for a rental once they gave us the go ahead. So, if you want to do business with someone who lies, only cares about money, and demonstrates all the characteristics of a stereotypical insurance salesman, then do business with Bill Johnson.

I called to let the office know of my father in law's passing and first worked with Virigina (front desk), we met with Doug Hartley in person to change the name on the plans or rewrite them if necessary. I received a bill for our insurance, called for advice and followed through but somehow during this time our plan was dropped, and we were left without insurance during our busiest time. I worked diligently calling, emailing, and trying to get follow up information with little to no help at all. Finally, Karen called apologized for the lack of communication and took our case over; however, it was issue after issue. It took too long to get a plan made. I talked with several friends that are insurance brokers that could not believe how we were being treated and the lack of communication that we finally made the switch to a different agent. After switching (months later) today in October I received a letter stating we have a plan with SAIF that Cassie (bookkeeper) "...advised she had sent you a quote to rewrite this coverage..." I have one email from Cassie to which a quote never came from instead it explained what "Umbrella Liability" is and what "Worker's Compensation" is then asked the duties of our employee. That's it. The lack of communication, the hand off of people around the office, the whole experience was unprofessional. The fact we were DROPPED from our insurance is a major red flag.
