She took the effort to remember my name when I had dropped off the suit. The cleaning was solid, the prices are much more reasonable than other places I've been to. On another occassions, I have found that they are great at recommending less expensive options for treatment for clothing that I thought required dry cleaning but didn't.

These shirts were identical, except for the colour. I had a long talk with the woman at the counter explaining to her that the last time I brought these tops here, they came back feeling a touch snug, but because the material was a bit stretchy it got better throughout the day. I just wanted to make sure that dry cleaning these tops was safe, and that the tops would be returned to me looking and feeling the same - isn't that the whole point of dry cleaning??? She assured me that dry-cleaning was best for this particular type of material and that it would come back looking and feeling the same as when I brought them in. Here's the KICKER: When I picked up the tops today and brought them home, I discovered that they were significantly LONGER than when I brought them in - about 5 inches longer! They now look like tunics!!! Instead of the bottom hem stopping just below the waist, it extends below my hips. I'm extremely unhappy. I'll be back here with an update as to whether or not these guys make an attempt to remedy the problem. Fingers crossed, this can be corrected.

On average I have about three shirts washed and pressed per week. I've had three suits, a tuxedo, two pairs of pants, three sports jackets and two ties dry cleaned, a zipper repaired on a parka, and two buttons replaced and torn lining repaired on a top coat--not to mention the sweaters and blouses I've had dry cleaned for my spouse. The customer service is pretty matter-of-fact but by no means unpleasant. There's no separation between the front of the shop and the back where the work happens, and the place appears well organized and clean. I've had only positive results with every item I've brought in. I appreciate that a computer-printed itemized receipt is provided at pick-up so I'm never left guessing if I've been charged correctly. I give special credit for two things: Reattaching a button to my top coat on the spot on a cold day when I couldn't really afford to leave it there, and putting a rush on some shirts and dry cleaning so it would be finished before the shop was closed for a couple of days. I'll post again if my assessment changes, but based on my experience to-date I can recommend them without reservation.
