This is a North Burnaby staple with caring and loving teachers that take the time to know the children. They have a great choice in schedules to suit your needs. Their program has some interesting outings, oodles of dress up fun days that are fully interactive, and the Christmas pageant and end of school programs are fantastic! There is a plethora of projects sent home to adorn your fridge, gifts for special occasions made, and at the end of the year a CD of photos and videos, plus their artwork and thoughts in a binder to take home. The teachers go above and beyond to provide a happy and healthy learning environment. We love this school and know you will too!

You never really feel confident they have your cheques or you are getting the right information for the month. The location is great, materials provided to the kids is great, the teachers are...fine. My kids learned stuff, but in the past year were not happy about going. We did end up pulling my kids out due to some incidents, but the licensing office at VCH was following up with them. They aren't abusive or anything, they just aren't great either. So they get 3 stars. 1 for the location, 2 for the stuff the kids learn, and 3 for the materials they use. The staff and the administration and communication with parents needs improvement We have since moved to a new preschool and realize just how unhappy the kids were here and how unprofessionally managed the place was.

The administration and teachers have been responsive to all of our questions and concerns. The facilities are excellent. Our children are happy and received a good Montessori education. I am happy to recommend Cambie Montessori to anyone.

They have multiple field trips throughout the year and when the children are at the school they provide them with many different activities that help to enrich their minds and further their development. They emphasize outdoor play and have the kids in the playground every morning rain or shine. My son has loved his experience at this preschool. He feels comfortable there, and enjoys interacting and playing with the other kids. He has made some great friends and has really developed his social skills. All in all a great place for preschool!
