I was over charged..I have short hair,received highlights and a trim,,when I went to pay and was told 180,I about fell over!! Never will I go back. Noone even noticed I had my hair done. I'd leave a zero star if I could . I went to Brenwood to get nails done for a wedding this weekend. I asked for medium length coffin nails. I got the nails shown in the pictures. She covered glitter with polish because it was not the right nail. My thumbs are not fully covered with polish and a few of the nails are visibly crooked. My index finger is angled very bad. There is glitter on my skin and black polish on my forearm. They are too long and were never cut to coffin shape. I left because I was unsure what to say while I was in there as I'm not confrontational. She was short when I came back in to tell her I was unhappy and decided I needed them fixed. She only offered to take them off and never to refund the $100.00 spent on them. She is also the manager and I'm not sure why she is okay with her customers representing her this way. read more

I took my granddaughter here to get her hair cut and highlights added! Cecelia was her stylist, and she is so awesome. She was friendly and made a nervous 12 yr old feel at ease and comfortable. She did an excellent job on her hair,fantastic and Zoe loves it. We will be back as the staff is amazing, especially Cecelia. It is a beautiful relaxed environment and I enjoyed just watching the staff perform their magic! We are hooked! read more

This is strictly comment relating to aesthetics and artistic ability. The girl who did my nails was super sweet and very personable. Her skill set is just not there. I went in for shellac, it took an hour and 40 minutes for the service and it does not include hand massage. Her hands were shaking she was rough on my cuticles. Her stroke for the polish were all over the place. I ended up with streaks and spotty areas after two coats of color. A small tip - please don't use your nails to scratch off polish runs on a customers cuticles, it's unprofessional and it doesn't feel good. I was expecting professional service for $32. Oh well, they have to learn and practice sometimes to get better. read more

Often, I am in different parts of the county so I its challenging for me to get lucky and find a stylist that really understands curly hair. My hair is really curly and long and I have it colored and flat ironed. I was fortunate to call and speak with Gina and I explained my hair and its needs. I was put with Master Stylist Amy and I could not be happier, not only does she live up to her title but she is really fun to talk with and made the time pass like a gentle breeze. Amy's attention to detail is unsurpassed. The whole salon was professional and kind, it doesn't get much better than Brenwood and especially Amy. Hats off! read more

Walked in for my first appointment which was scheduled for 5:15 pm, young lady takes my name and informs me that was appointment was scheduled for 4:15 pm and they attempted to call me to see where I was. They had the incorrect phone number! This establishment came very highly recommended by a few of my colleagues, well if they couldn't get my phone number correct, why should I trust them. read more

If i could give it 0 I would. I got my nails done here, and she only filled my nails, if I still had the pictures I would post them, they looked horrible. I had to fix them the best I could, she cut almost every single one of my fingers and I paid 58 dollars. They all came off within 2 days. I called them outraged, she said she would fix them, I go in cause it was a different girl, I showed her the pictures and she can see what's left of them. She stood up for the woman who seriously did a super bad job, and then the ones she did fell off 1 week later. Your best bet is to go to Walmart before this place. I tell everyone not to go here, my friend said she went in for a specific hair cut and when the lady was done she said this isn't what I wanted, and she came back with "okay I'm done that's how I want it" SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOME WHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!! read more

This is most professionally ran salon I have been in this area. Kudos to the management staff for training the workers to be professional and have a level of guest service that exceeds most salons. I have gone here for pedicures of and on over the last few years. Last time I was there I asked the girl doing my toes to recommend a stylist who was very good with razor cutting and texturizing short hair. She recommended a woman, I made an appoint and kept it a little over a week ago. I've had a few bad haircuts in my life, but this one was the worst I ever ended up with. No razor, no texturizing. She used her scissors, a very small curling brush, and a very small barreled curling rod. When she started with the brush I told her no, never use that but she informed that it would give my hair movement, and then used the curling rod. I walked out of there devastated, I looked like an old woman. I paid, dumb me, $47 for this mess. I cried on the way home, then found out the right side was longer than the left side and even my side burns were not the same length, or width. Never again, I made a hair appt with my friends daughter to hopefully be able to style it and she straightened it up best she could, but it was soooo short, nothing five or six weeks of growing out won't fix. I will not even go back for pedicures. Take it from me, if this woman was referred by another stylist, they must all be bad. Stay away if you value your "look". read more

I've been burned at other local salons but from the moment I called this place I knew I was in good hands...Cheyenne was so sweet and attentive and they were very tolerant of my two children that I had to bring (my husband got stuck at work and couldn't keep th for me)...my hair was very neglected, and fried and full of boxed color. What an awesome salon! Had my first visit yesterday and it was beyond what I expected. I was matched with Kim, she was truly amazing; she told me what I needed to do to get my hair back to a healthy state, she even took the time to show me products I could use at home between salon visits. The front office staff was very friendly and welcoming. They offered me water or coffee while I waited, just a great atmosphere. Brenwood is a very comfortable place to relax and be pampered. It is a higher quality compared to others but the extra $$ 's are worth it. The employees are nothing but attentive and go out of their way to give you what you want. I would choose them over Mastercuts or Great clips anyday of the week. My two favorite mastercutters are Pam and Cheryl. but I'm sure 9 out of 10 are great as well. And they always have fresh coffe or lemon water :) read more
