The worst! I have had my taxes done for over 22 years and this firm was the worst! Bressler had our taxes for nearly 3 months - the girl working on our taxes was to lazy to go through our binders to find what was needed after we had shown her everything. We finally got our taxes completed THE DAY BEFORE they were due and owing nearly 16K (of course thats not their fault unless done incorrectly). The day of signature we were told to come back the next day, which we were NOT about to let happen. Once reprinted we had no personal contact with who prepared the taxes, no thank you, no if you need anything call us. We got a sign here, here and here IN THE LOBBY with other clients hearing our personal information. Nothing was explained to us on our taxes or how they came to so much money owed. Didn't ask what our deduction may have been (IE adoption of a child). We paid our taxes in full and a few weeks later we got a notice from the IRS stating they weren't filled on time. We are now being told we owe another 500 dollars to the IRS because even though we paid our money the taxes weren't filed by this firm on time. Once I called the firm to discuss this, I was told you WILL have to pay that but you can drop it off and we will take a look. We were charge just over $1,500.00 by the firm for their services. They did NOT do what was expected even for Lemoore standards. I am very disappointed in the services that were received and we won't be going back and would NOT recommend this firm to anyone.
