I have multiple properties so this isnt my forst rodeo at all. I spent plenty money expediting unnecessary items. After the 2nd missed closing date (because they were slow). Jeffrey let's me know that the appraiser incorrectly zoned the property and refused to change it. For clarity, most lenders won't approve a loan when appraisal report is mismatch from the city zoning. This is THEIR appraiser! And this was brought up to me 3 weeks after the appraisal was actually done. I have no idea who is scamming these ratings but this was the most terrible property purchasing experience of my life. I walked away because I just could not fathom continuing to work with these incompetent people.

That they are unlike other lenders. That really is not true. I have over 50 percent equity in my condo. I spoke to Able a few months ago. He told me that he could not help me because the complex in which my condo is located was in litigation. He said I would have trouble with all lenders because of the litigation issue. That is not a solution. He put himself in a category with all other lenders. As the conversation progressed, Able told me that others have written bad reviews saying that he could not or did not help them. He seemed to be implying that their expectations were too high. That, of course, he cannot help in all situations. I pointed out to him that is their advertising. That as long as we have equity, they can help. So it is understandable that people with equity would be disappointed when the E Mortgage team says they cannot help. The litigation issue at my condominium complex was resolved. I called Able back about a month later. I also texted him. I reminded him of our prior conversation. I told him the litigation issue was resolved. He ignored all of my calls and texts. That is not the response one would expect from two guys who advertise that as long as we have equity, they have creative solutions. It is also very rude. The truth is, they do not have solutions which are not available to any other run of the mill lender.

BTW, I had been talking to Tim about this loan for about a year. He always took his time to answer questions and give me numbers and that is what made me go with emortgage Guys.
