Our review of Alex and his team is long overdue. The idea of buying our first home seemed like a daunting task. When we first started shopping around for the right mortgage broker, we were looking for someone that immediately made us feel comfortable and wasn't trying to pressure us into anything. However, this proved harder than it sounds and it wasn't until friends of ours who recently went through the home buying process, referred us to Alex and we're so happy they did. From the very beginning it was clear that Alex was a caring and very knowledgeable professional. We came into the process having next to no knowledge about home buying and had a ton of questions. Alex was very good about explaining things to us in plain English. Each home buying scenario is different and ours came with a lot of what-ifs based on our financials. If Alex didn't know the answer right away, which was rare, he would go off to research and usually get back to us within hours. He was always available by phone and was quick to reply back to e-mails. We were approved for our loan within a couple days, which was something the other guys took more than a few weeks to accomplish. We were then able to move on to the task at hand, choosing our first home. It's also worth mentioning that our real-estate broker Randelle Green was also a rock star and worked well with Alex. It was a home buying dream team for sure. After seeing dozens of houses and bidding and losing a couple, we finally bid on one that accepted our offer!
