Erica would not listen to me in the appointment and pursued things I did not ask for or want. She did not connect with me or even acknowlege all the things I've done for my health over the years. I took the time to fill out an extensive questionnaire but in the appointment she kept asking me things about what I had already filled out--what a waste of my time and money. I was not only disappointed, but very upset upon leaving there, having paid over $300 for the appointment and getting basically no help at all.

Products come and go all the time, and usually the ones that go are the ones I like. The store is out of regular items so often that I now call to check product availability before I head over there. The bakery is good but the prices are off the charts. On the other hand, the produce section is excellent, it offers great customer service, checking out is incredibly easy, and there are many healthy and specialty items that you can't find at a supermarket.
