This is the second time I have used Brewer Plumbing. The first job was a lot more complicated than this time. They came out and repaired the leak at the road. This time I had several leaks from various faucets, and a toilet that barely had any water flow when flushing. Kenny looked at each issue and gave me a fair value estimate to fix them. He told me the toilet should be replaced as parts were hard to find. Well when I went to flush I wasn't expecting much. What a surprise to see a geyser of water in the toilet! No shit!!! read more

We called Brewer on a Saturday, because they had installed our water heater 30 years ago, and it was leaking badly. They answered our call, and told us that our specialized water heater would probably take 2 weeks to order. They said they would call us on Monday after ordering the heater. Monday morning they called to say they had a water heater from a different order that wouldn't need it for several weeks, and they could install it for us that morning. They installed the water heater before noon, and we are good to go. Brewer Plumbing gave us amazingly incredible customer service, in a time when that is hard to find!! read more

I had replaced the shower valve before and it is not rocket science. because of a misunderstanding with our property management company, I thought that the leaking shower valve would be paid for by the renters damage deposit. It was not paid for by the renters damage deposit and Brewers charged me $188. for a job that should be 15 minutes if the plumber has the appropriate replacement valve on his big work van. the technician broke the plastic handle getting it off and did not have the right parts on his big van so he left to search for parts. the water was turned off the whole time he was off looking for parts. the tech worked in a crouched position in the bathtub and left black marks from his shoes that I still haven't gotten out. My house is approximately 1 mile from brewer's shop so I don't know where he was at the whole time that he was out looking for parts. This job should have cost $100 or less. the tech may have been having a bad day but why should I pay for him having to go search for parts that he should have on hand. The next time I have a plumber out it will be anybody but Brewers. read more

I hired Brewer to bring our recently-purchased home up to spec. Michael, from Brewer, Bid the job and performed the work! Always a good thing! As a transplant and someone who appreciates good work, I went with them. Michael explained, was timely and did a great job fixing a serious hatchet-job by previous vendors for the sellers! I wanted to be sure to leave a review because of what a wonderful job the guys at Brewer have done on multiple occasions at our home. This week was exceptional, we had a mainline issue and the old clay pipes needed to be replaced, it took only HOURS! The guys came dug up the old and laid the new the water was only off for maybe 3 hours and everything was put back together by 4pm. What a outstanding fantastic company. I can't say enough good things about this company I have a rental house and my aunt has 9 rentals and will only use brewers plumbing and you can always rely on Bruce and this company to fix the issue at a far price and great quality work. They had to do a big job and then almost a year later my tenants tell me tHey are having issues and with no hesitation Brewer plumbers came out and did a full inspection and ran a camera to verify the whole picture and determined that nothing was wrong. They fixed the water pressure in my house by installing a new regulator on the main line. The next day the kitchen faucet was running low. They stopped by the following day and removed some debris caught in the faucet head and fixed it immediately. No charge. Friendly service and fair pricing. It's a two man operation so their can be a delay in their call back but they also have an emergency phone number just in case. I'll use them again. read more

I contacted Brewer Plumbing to do an estimate on replacing some pipes in my house. After about 3 weeks they finally found an outside contractor to come by and get an estimate on removing the floors. They told me they would get back to me. I called a week later and they said they were still working on it. After two more weeks I called again. Rob explained to me (after I called him) that he had passed the estimate on to another employee, somehow the other employee and the contractor decided that they couldn't handle the job. I received a call at 8 am Friday morning telling me they would be out to my house between 3-5 pm. They never showed up and never called. I call Monday morning to find out what happened, left a message, and they never returned my call. read more

Main line clogged. Young man came out to the airport from their location near pioneer parkway which is a 9 min drive. They originally charged travel time of 45 min. The kid snaked the main line for 15 min and said it was a crushed pipe and couldn't be fixed. They tried to charge over $225 but knocked bill down after I complained. However, we called another company who came out and actually fixed the problem (again in 15 min) and charged us $100 less. Sorry but the kid didn't know what he was doing. read more

I purchased a water heater from Home Depot. The sales person told me about the Home Depot Installation and entered my information into a device he had. When I got hone I call the number and they quoted me $792 to install the $529 water heater. I felt this was an outrageous price! I contacted Brewer Plumbing who quoted me $92 per hour and it would be about 2 and half hours ($230). They came out the next morning and replaced and installed it in 2 hours. They were very professional and courteous. The job they did was very meticulous. read more

Brewer has done two projects for us. One very major sewer line project and a small sink drain job. Both quality jobs were done on time and on budget. They tend to be a bit difficult to initially reach but you will find it to your benefit to keep trying. read more
