I finally found him! An excellent dentist who does top…read morenotch work with a great chair side manner - reasonably priced - and a friendly and helpful staff... Right here in Orleans on the Cape! My saga began decades ago in the Seattle area. I needed lots of dental care due to some sporting accidents and I had a great dentist from Sweden, but he retired and moved before I could get the work completed in my mouth. Since then I worked with a super dentist in Bellevue Wa, but implants were new to him and I needed implants - 7 to be exact. When my wife and I moved to the Cape we discovered finding good doctors wasn't easy. And finding a good dentist was even more challenging. One DDS I interviewed with in Provincetown examined me in 2021 and proposed implant solutions at the tune of 100K +. Woah! We almost started but then he demanded proof of Covid shots before he'd work on me. "Papers please!" Really? No way! Fast forward... my wife sees an ad for Dr. Kenny in Orleans so I got the check up and cleaning. He then fitted and installed two crowns and did it in one day! I couldn't believe it. No pain! He has the equipment to do everything in house! Wow! No more waiting for the lab to mail you the crowns! Joy! And his equipment is state of the art! Today I had an extraction and four (4) implants done - one upper and three lower and it only took a couple of hours... the extraction was the toughest part. And it does come with some discomfort, but this is normal. I feel excellent and am so happy I'm on my way to a full smile! Thank you Dr. Kenny! You are the best! And Marissa is Awsome! Marissa will greet you at the front desk with a beautiful smile! Something we all need! A "How ya doin" checkup in two weeks then the crowns in August after the bones heal ... I will update! PS - Don't put your dental work off as I did. It's time to make your appointment with Dr. Kenny and the Orleans Center for Dental Excellence!

The staff is excellent, technology is impressive and the doctor is attentive, reliable and trusted. He called me the day after a major procedure was done, to make sure I am fine. This was the best dental care I ever had.

Dr. Weiler has retired. He can still be reached there, but his Dental office is now called Monomoy…read moreDental. The care that I have received consistently over the last 14 years by all of the dentists at what is now called Monomoy Dental has been absolutely the best around. I'm spoiled because my cousin has been a well known Dentist at The Orange County Dental Association.

I am parked in view of the glass doors? Did you not hear, nor feel both doors open, nor get a blast of cold air as I enter? Nor hear the swish of my jacket from two feet away?Bollocks. No chance she did not hear, feel or see me come in. No way. I'm not a fool. I am standing 12 inches from you. Ignorance is bliss. I stood there without a "I'll be right with you" or any acknowledgement, so I sat down as it was now uncomfortable to stand there, for that long . I had to go back to the desk to see her smug look... honestly, smug look. I'm not a fool, we all know when someone is taking a piss. When I sat back down the other person asked if I forgot to check in. I replied no, she couldn't bother to address me, so I sat down. Now the receptionist decided to tell her side by hollering at me from her desk, while I sat in the waiting room. Yelling at me that she had been there from 700 am had work to do... screaming at me from her desk! To prove her point. It was unprofessional and most uncomfortable. I tried to quell and just say yea, ok, but she kept right on. It was very inappropriate. Some people have anxiety about the dentist! I will say, I have been spoken to by their staff in a very inappropriate way in the past, hence my review. There are ways to deal with this situation and this was the worse avenue to take. I spoke to management- useless!

I have been a patient at this office for many years and I've always been treated with respect and…read morekindness until now. I had an appointment at 3 o'clock on May 14 or 15. I don't recall the date exactly One of their patients who was scheduled ahead of me apparently canceled their appointment and they put me in to that appointment at 2:10 PM, but I had other things to do and I wanted to keep my appointment at 3 PM. I texted them at 3 PM about my appointment and they told me that I was being charged for a missed appointment and that they couldn't make any other appointments for me until this charge was paid and when I asked how much it was it was $100. Now I don't think it's my responsibility to have to accept their earlier appointment when I've already planned my day around my 3 o'clock appointment. So I didn't get to the dentist that day because they told me I didn't have any appointment at 3 o'clock or on any other day.(until I pay the hundred dollar missed appointment fee.). I didn't miss my appointment. They tried to change it and now they won't make any appointments until they get their hundred bucks.!! If you think this is "taking care"of their clients then expect that kind of treatment from them if you become one of their customers! I've never been treated so shoddily by a medical office in all my 80 years. And believe me I've been in a lot of medical offices in these last 80 years so if I could give him a half a star, I would give them a half a star, but not because of the dentist because of the office staff. I've been with them for years --before anybody who works in that office today worked there. And this is how their current office staff treats their long-term patients when there is a little issue over an appointment time. I contend that my appointment shouldn't necessarily be changed because a client ahead of me canceled their appointment. They should try to fill that appointment with someone on their waitlist. Their behavior in this matter, I feel, was totally unacceptable and I will ultimately take this matter to court to get my $100.00 back. If I didn't like my dentist so much I'd never go back there again.
