I went to East Brewster Dental for the first time in February 2026.....they have a very joyful feeling office, starting with the front desk employees. Jason was my dental hygienist and Dr. Medi was the dentist. I had lots of xrays taken, a great cleaning and professional upbeat follow up by Dr. Medi. I highly recommend this practice! I was seen and treated yesterday as a new patient for an acute issue that was causing me to have a fever and a severe amount of pain for several days. I found this office through a local friend and was impressed by the very helpful administrative staff who handled my call. Janelle, the hygienist who initially took x-rays and my history was very kind and reassuring and Dr Fitzpatrick who jumped into action was amazing examined me and created a plan to address my needs. She spoke with authority and broke down each step so that I understood what was happening and how they were going to address it. I have never had dental professionals who used both the latest technology and simple old fashioned compassion to make me feel taken care of. I am so very thankful for their care. read more

We had been patients for several years at East Brewster Dental. After the recent ownership change, there was a massive change in operational side of the office. The office manager had called and harassed my wife to the point that we ended up leaving the practice. Never in our lives have we been treated so unprofessionally. I am one of the unusual ones that loves the dentist. I recently moved to the Cape and was looking for a dentist that would keep that going. I am so happy to have found East Brewster Dental. From the first phone call to the office asking about insurance and availability all the way to my appointment, my experience was great. The front desk staff was both polite and knowledgeable. I went to a dentist that told me I had many cavities, I had switched practices and my dentist had told me I had none, each time I went and Dr. Fitzgerald kept that going for me! No cavities here! He was polite and was willing to answer all my questions. I do need a night guard and I'm more than happy to go back to an office that is friendly and honest. This office is an affiliate of Heartland Dental, based in Indiana. This is not your friendly local dentist office. If you have an appointment, be extra careful to confirm. If for some reason you don't check your texts and voicemail and miss the opportunity to confirm your appointment, they will cancel it. That happened to me for a 9am Monday morning appointment this week. I found out when I showed up that I didn't have an appointment. And I did confirm -- at 5:45pm on Friday -- but since the office closed at 2, it was apparently too late. In a voice message left at 12:20pm on Friday they did say they would cancel the appointment if I didn't confirm by 2, but since I was in an all-day meeting with no cell reception, and since I don't really check voicemail (it's 99% spam), I didn't see that message until the nasty office manager threw it in my face in the ensuring argument on Monday. On the other hand, the office cancelled two of my husband's appointments on short notice this spring and made laughable efforts to reschedule (they offered an appointment two months out), and for one of my three visits to the office, they kept me waiting for 45 minutes past my appointment time. All of this points to a poorly run office that presumes the worst about their customers and prioritizes productivity and revenue above warm, empathetic customer service. (I should also note that I've seen how the front desk staff and the nasty office manager treat other patients. It's disgusting. These people need customer service training and a performance improvement plan that would probably lead to termination.) The nasty office manager will probably respond and say something about my strong and profane reaction when I found out my appointment was cancelled. I knew I was burning a bridge, because in light of everything that happened, I decided I'm done with the office anyway. read more

I moved here two years ago and needed a new dentist. Super friendly staff. Easy to work with. I was able to get in quickly for a cleaning and a checkup. At the time of service, everything was explained to me what was covered by insurance and what my part would be. I highly recommend these folks. read more

the staff was beyond disgusting morally, the level of patient care was intentionally lacking, and the treatment was such a level of botched malpractice that i now am left feeling suicidal. this office is the very definition of a scam without a single bit of care or concern over the mistakes this office makes on a regular basis, i will never ever return and will tell everyone about this absolute garbage fire of a "medical facility". and that is saying nothing about the absolute nightmare the front desk reception is, ask for the manager ("ken" if that is her real name) and ask about what their doctors are "qualified to do" it will turn out they only have one qualified doctor on staff instead of the five or six they pretend to have working at this facility. watch out for the rookie who just graduated dental school. not qualified to be a tooth polisher let alone one of their "oral surgeons". make sure you understand the treatment they will push on you with inflated charges and unwanted procedures, and the billing that somehow also seems to be an issue, along with being able to "ACCESS YOU OWN MEDICAL INFORMATION" read more
