There was some clothing but also quite a lot of dishes. The prices of the dishes was very cheap, many pieces priced at only $1-$2. There was also a display of green depression glass pieces (I have a collection of pink depression glass) and these prices were incredibly low. My big surprise find was a baby A & W root beer mug which I bought for $1. I used to work at an A & W Root Beer stand in my home town when I was in high school. When business was slow, our boss would have contests to see who could drink the most baby mugs of root beer. I'd forgotten all about this until I saw the baby root beer mug. What a find!

It can be a grand adventure to poke around in all of this stuff - lots of glassware and plates, and all kinds of kitchen ware for those looking to stock up supplies for their vacation houses. Books and CDs and DVDs, too.There's also big stuff for outdoors - small furniture, beach supplies. And the best part - it's all free (although you need a town sticker to enter). I usually bring a recyclable shopping bag and I've gotten some really great stuff. And you can just take it all back if it's served its temporary purpose. The only downside is that there isn 't a whole lot of parking and sometimes you have to wait to park.
