They run an incredible business & we always find everything we need here! This past summer, my mom purchased a big lot of hydrangeas, lilacs, and ornamental grasses from Green Spot for our front yard. She also got some great advice from Joe about how to best take care of her hydrangeas - he has great tips & tricks! This winter, my mom and I purchased a bunch of holiday decor. We got wreaths, kissing balls, basket arrangements, a mini faux Christmas tree, and hand-tied bows. It was truly a one stop shop for all of our Christmas decor! One of the owners, Jim, helped me carry our goodies out to our car - it was such a pleasure to meet him and have a nice little chat :) We will continue to be frequent customers at Green Spot!

Mistakes happen, but it's the response that tells you something. The owner returned my call on the morning that the store re-opened, and immediately offered to deliver a replacement the next day. I'll do business with them again.

We brought it back to Casual Designs of Cape Cod for advice on having it repaired. There was no recourse. Ok. I suggested that she mention to future customers to store it where mice were not present. Her answer "oh ya, like I don't tell them enough! Mice are everywhere". Very rude and unprofessional. I know it is not easy to get good help these days, but people like her can ruin the reputation of a business. I would not recommend Casual Designs of Cape Cod. We will replace our hammock from LL Bean.
