The skins were left on the fries, which added to the texture and appearance. We washed down our food with an Appenzell iisfee, a light, refreshing drink with a hint of green tea extract. We hung out there for over 2 hours, and they never kicked us out, which was nice. More people kept coming in--some alone, others in pairs. The place was about 3/4 full at about 9:30 pm, so I guess it's a popular place for a late dinner on weeknights.
