I witnessed staff both ignore and yell at the patients that were in need of medical care, The smell of urine and feces is so strong it burned my nostrils. There was not a chair for me to sit in while visiting, and patients have to provide their own tv's. The water was the color of lemonade. The nurse was "on lunch" for what amounted to around four hours while patients waited in pain, with soiled diapers, hungry, or thirsty. Medications weren't given timely if at all. The kicker here is that unless the nurse signs you out, you aren't allowed to leave unless you sign yourself out. 911 would not come to take the patient to the hospital because it is privately owned. The patient couldn't stand up or walk to get to a car to be transported. I believe people may die if they enter this facility due to lack of care and neglect. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANYONE TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!!!

You review the labs with the provider on week two. Fine. A salesperson then comes in immediately after the provider leaves, and attempts to sell you a subscription into their $1,000/year club, which essentially gives you the privilege of getting your meds filled at your own pharmacy. The alternative is to pay jacked-up prices and buy your meds from the clinic. It's completely unethical to withhold pricing structure information like this to new patients , and ONLY revealing the final cost after they are already on the hook for $200 in labs and $100 clinic fees. It makes me wonder what other information they are withholding. I can't do business with a place like this.
