Fantastic selection of rugs, carpet, flooring at all price points. I went into the store after going to HomeGoods, World Market, Overstock.com, Rugs.com and Lowe's. So I was not expecting much. Wow: I was surprised! I appreciate the expertise and professionalism of Jeremiah and Heath. Both employers worked with me to identify the right rug for my home. They were patient, kind, and great at explaining the different kinds of rugs. I'm so happy with my purchase. This is the best reg I've ever bought and it feels so good under my feet. My wife and I stopped at the store in Thomasville, GA to look at carpet and laminate flooring. The staff was helpful and we had someone out to the house the next day to measure. After seeing the quote sent to us from Brian, we decided to downsize the project. My wife replied to their quote asking for a revised quote for a smaller job. We never heard back from anyone. I hate to think they are only interested in the big jobs. This small project was the start of multiple we were planning to do - ultimatly re-flooring our entire house. We had carpet and faux wood flooring installed by BBFA. The carpeted room was measured incorrectly, so they could not complete the job on time, over a week delay while they ordered more carpet. This was their mistake. The wood flooring was installed on concrete slab, came highly recommended by this company. Just 3-4 months later, there is a spot in the floor that we noticed is slightly bowed up and you can feel it move when you walk on it. In that room, there was toe molding skipped and the wrong doorway transition put in. I called them, they said they'd check into it, but never bothered to call back. They sure were communicative when they wanted to get paid, though. read more

We stopped by the store wanting to talk to someone regarding re-flooring of our kitchen and living room, plus adjoining hallway. We discussed our needs to a rep at the store, and all seemed to go well. The rep said they will be at our house the next day to take measurements and discuss things further. He called the next day and said he was sick. This is completely understandable and I requested that they call back when he feels better. 4 days later, I call the office and they said that the rep is doing work elsewhere. OK, no problem there, as I figured he's catching up. So I call the rep directly and made an appointment for the following day. That next evening he comes by and takes measurements and said it will be worked up and we'll receive a call the next morning with costs. It's been nearly a week, and I have yet to hear from this rep. We live in a modest, yet comfortable 3 bedroom house, and it's not a mansion, but a sale is a sale. I heard good things about this establishment and that's why it was my first choice. However, it should not take this long to get an estimate for re-flooring. I am not even going to call back, and will be looking for another vendor. read more

I gave this company a second shot after they misquoted the first vinyl tile installation 2 years ago. I always want to support local business. This time they declined coming to the home after I sent drawings by the tenant of the floor space. Due to the lack of pre-installation inspection, the costs increased significantly due to the previous flooring under the carpet needing prep and there were not enough tiles ordered to complete the sq footage in both rooms. They blamed the supply deficit on the measurements they received from my tenant. My tenant was an environmental engineer ( really, put the blame on her, and 3rd graders know how to find the square feet of basic space). After a discussion with management, they were fair but a tad condescending, and came off the price a little. BUT the installation work was left in a total mess and it took my new tenant 2 days to clean up the shoddy work so he could move into the bedrooms. I also had to change the flooring choice in the extra bedroom because I did not want to wait another week to ten days for the extra tiles to arrive. I started the project 5 weeks before it needed to be completed so it would be on time. Due to the afore mentioned situation, it was also not completed on time. read more

I will never recommend a friend to use this establishment as their slogan says. I used this company to re-floor my entire condo. The work was done very professionally and at a fair price, initially. However, the job entailed shaving 10 doors due to the high carpet pile and padding, which they ignored initially as part of the job. After calling back to pay and arrange for this as a follow-up to the job, they sent their sub out to do the work. The problem is they only shaved eight of the 10 doors. I have been trying repeatedly for the past five months to get the job I paid for completed, but to no avail. I spoke to the owner, Chris Barnard, about this on at least five occasions over that time period with assurances that he would get it done when a crew was in the area; in some cases citing specific days in which they would be there. Needless to say, given the writing of this review, that never occurred. I will now need to spend additional money and find another subcontractor to finish the work. The bottom line is if the owner of a company cannot live up to his/her word, the company is not to be trusted and should be avoided. read more

This company does not care about their customers or their concerns. If you have to use this company, make sure they don't try to "help" you by letting a subcontractor install your flooring. They do not back up the work with subcontractors, so if something goes wrong, they assume no liability. I asked for a guarantee in writing that they would stand by the subcontractors work that they employ and the manager rudely said that he wouldn't let me "back him in a legal corner" even though he told me verbally he would assume the liability. I even asked them if their main company would install it, and Melinda (a rude salesman) told me "it would cost double" without even telling me an initial price. They are willing to lie to your face and not back up their own employees work. Sketchy business and sketchy people. Also avoid Melinda at all costs. She has no idea what she is doing. The manager even had to correct her on what she was telling me. One word of advice is to make sure to get everything in writing. If they refuse to do so, walk away. read more
