do not use this legal group. i was referrred to them by the…read moreoakland county probate court, pontiac, mi, i called them and i asked them a question about my deceased ex-husbands 401k that he supposedly has through fidelity. fidelity had notified me by mail that i am the next living next of kin. my ex-husband had no assigned legal representative for his estate tim flynn then told me to give him a week, because he had to talk to his senior partner steve mogdis. a week later and no word from either one of them, so i called them to find out what was going on whether or not if he could help me. tim told me that they were opening up the case in oakland county probate court that very day. he was supposed to get back to me. tim kept avoiding me and not returning my calls to tell me what was going on. i never gave them any money or signed any kind of contract to hire them. they went behind my back and are trying to collect money that doesn't belong to them. they are scammers and are knowingly putting their licenses online to committ fraud by taking advantage of someone else's estate that doesn't belong to them. i hope that they're going to enjoy prison by time this is all over with a complaint with the attorney general office and michigan bar association is in the process of being worked on. lorraine m. w.

Jason failed to file my taxes electronically like was stated on the forms that he gave me. Didn't…read morefind ot until I was contacted by the IRS. Jason committed to paying the penalties and fees because of his mistake. He then told me to submit an offer and compromise so that I would not have to pay, meaning he would not have to pay. Even though Jason made the mistake and did not file my taxes he did not do the offer and compromise and made me do it myself with no knowledge of this procedure and very little help. That was not accepted and I was required to pay all the penalties in late fees due to Jason's mistake and not filing my taxes. Jason refuses to answer phone calls text messages and emails about helping with the fees from his neglect. To this day he is not paid one penny towards the close to $5,000 in fees I incurred because of his mistake. He just ghosts and ignores any correspondence whatsoever. I used Jason because he was a friend of a friend and tried giving him time to take care of at least a portion of the fees and penalties but at this point I realize he is not going to give me one cent because of his mistake and neglect and filing my taxes. Benjamin was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. He quickly opened both my accounts and said he would be available for future assistance with my new accounts or my credit cards. The building is a bit dated but the professionalism of both Kennedy and Benjamin made up for it. It was an exceptional banking experience.

Currently using Chase for business banking and I now know why they call it "Chase", you have to spend every day chasing your money down. We were using the ATM to deposit checks as the branches are not open when we are done working for the day but began having issued where the ATM has an "error". They accept the check and deposit the money into the account and then the next day they take it out with the reason given being "ATM Error". At that point we then have to wait for them to send us a "legal copy" of the check then deposit it again at which point they put they put a 2 week hold on the check. They ended up telling me not to deposit through ATM's. We have since started taking time out of work to go to the bank during business hours only to have them still place holds on the checks. We have never bounced a check or had a check come back as NSF from a deposit we have made. I have spent countless hours on the phone with them trying to resolve these issues that they can't even tell me why the issue exists. It makes it very difficult to run a business when the bank can't even figure out how to handle money.

We made two trips to open an account. At the first one we were told additional information that…read morewas needed. We brought that information and then were told we needed more. Both trips involved three people coordinating times to meet there. I was not upset when we're were requested to get additional information the first time. It was upsetting the second time as they should have told us all needed information on the first trip. The team members we were dealing with were friendly and were taking instructions from another department on the phone.
