Wish i could give zero stars DO NOT hire these people the office receptionist is very rude and disrespectful. The attorneys are never available to speak to you and never return your calls. Mr. Howell was a court appointed for my husband and never spoke to him at all, while my husband was sitting in jail he even wrote Mr. Howell a letter asking about his case and giving permission to for the law office to speak with me in regards to his case and he never responded besides sending the paperwork to inform my husband of his court dates, and his receptionist still continued to deny me any information or connect me to the lawyer himself. You will get the worst outcome there is dealing with these people THEY WILL NOT REPRESENT YOU TO THE BEST OF THEIR ABILITY AT ALL!!!! read more

Got what I paid for in a court appointed attorney! Quit on me just before I had a chance at a final appeal and would not submit his motion to withdraw until the end of the day when my motion was due! I would complain to the board, but they all cover for each other. Mine was a CPS case where my parental rights were terminated and my daughter is being adopted out. Would not be surprised if he along with the other court parties get a piece of that adoption bonus! If you get stuck with this man or even this firm, call every other attorney for a replacement. read more
