I'm a software engineering executive who is also technically hands on and innovative, and I wanted both aspects highlighted on my resume. Brian did a marvelous job, and I quickly had interviews with several companies. He began by meeting me in his home office for two hours, analyzed every job I've had, and asked me a ton of questions about my accomplishments as a manager and as an innovative technologist.
