When I visited this doctor I did not have to sit through the typical hour waiting process that I usually experience at most doctors offices. Dr. Nadolne is a really nice energetic guy who seems to really care about his patients overall health and well being. He made sure to ask me how often I exercised and then gave me advice about exercising more, with a genuine concern. Although Dr. Nadolne seems to be everything you want from a doctor as far as personality and little wait time are concerned, he does come off as doctor who may have a hidden agenda concerning selling you on the idea that you need to purchase certain tests, procedures or check-ups that you do not really need. The last time I was in there he gave me this long sales pitch about why I should take these certain tests to make sure I was as healthy as possible. The next thing I knew I received a large bill in the mail. So be weary and skeptical of everything he tries to get you to buy into. Avoid this office, at all costs!! Read what happened!! I called this office a few months ago, around 4:45 PM, to inquire about prices. A lady answered the phone, didn't know the prices, and snapped at me, because I should know that they were already closed. (How would I know that??) She said I'd have to call back, that she was the answering service, yet she refused to take my name or number. She then accused me of being someone who called over the weekend who caused them problems, and told me that "I wasn't going to get away with this". I told her I had never called there before, and had no idea what she was talking about. She accused me again, saying, "You're him. I know you're him", and only then she asked for my name and number, which I gave to her. Minutes later, she called me here AT MY HOME, to attack me more, further accusing me of being the caller from days prior, telling me, "I wasn't going to get away with this". I told her she was nuts, and she said, "you're only making your case worse, because I'm recording this". I said good. I immediately called my health care provider (Aetna) to tell them there was a nutcase on the loose at one of their providers, but they really didn't care. They were useless. I mean, TOTALLY useless. 10 minutes after the nutcase called me at my home, the police called me, to tell me she called them, and said she accused me of sort of stalking them at their office, by way of telephone. I explained everything to the police about this whacko, said I'd simply called for prices, and it was SHE who was stalking ME, calling me here at home, threatening me that "I wasn't going to get away with this". He said it's best for me not to try to contact that office again, because she could go nuts even further, AND he said the lady told him that she not just the answering service lady, but she was also a personal friend of the doctors!!!!. I said the doctor needs to know about this crazy lady. So as not to be accused of stalking, I notified my provider, to have them them contact Dr. Nadoline to tell him what happened, and have him call me. Aetna said they would have him contact me, but the doctor never did!! And you know his crazy friend had the info too. What an idiot not to want to find out what happened, and what a coward!! i agree he is just a salesman their staff does not care about you at all. his other dr in office dr phillips is nice but he is nothing but a salesman trying to make an extra buck and their office almost never picks up their phones when they are open, take a super long lunch break, they even told me i couldnt call in my prescription refill one time that my pharmacist had to call it in for me. He seems genuine at first but in the end it is all just an act. You have to wait 3 hours in the waiting room(sometimes in excruciating pain with appendicitis) when you even have an appointment! He smiles and pretends to be polite, then just prescribes some of his own medical concoction (called "magic medicine") to make more money. Then he tries to sell you any and all of his dermatological products that are way over priced...and do not work. He takes days to get back to you with tests results..by that time your strep throat, yeast infection -everything is way worse and you are lying in bed for a week. His nursing staff is the worst I have ever seen. They gossip way too much and will gossip about you where you can even hear! They are rude; absolutely unprofessional! I haven't had time to change doctors and I have been with him for 4 years...4 years too long!! read more

The first reviewer hit the nail on the head. Aside from shady recommendations, this guy refuses to work with insurane carriers to correctly process insurance refunds. The way my insurance works, the HMO reimbures the provider who is supposed to reimburse me the entire amount of the service less my co-pay. In my case, the insurance company issued the refund and I had to prompt the docter to issue a refund. Even then, Nadolne only refunded a portion (about 40%) of the amount due. His office staff apparently started faxing after hours and I've received calls every 3 minutes on my cell phone for the past 30 minutes so far!!! Calling the office number did no good. The after hours person who answered their number refused to do anything about it. Incompetent at best!!! read more

Dr. Nadolne is friendly and always takes time to answer my questions thoroughly. He is prompt taking me back and the staff is pleasant. My children love him too. read more

First of all, you do have to usually wait an hour or longer to see the doctor. I would not mind this to much if I got quality service. However, the past three times (I have only been 5 times total, if that tells you anything) I have been to see this doctor, he has simply tried to sell me some of his products. I even asked him to give me a prescription cream for my problem, but he insisted that his $50 lotion (that I had to buy directly from him) was better. He has done this to me three times and I will NOT go back again (And No, I did not buy his $50 lotion!) He definitely is to concerned with selling his products on the side and not about what the patient actually needs. I had him refer me to a different doctor because I did not believe anything he said. He is definitely a friendly person, but his skills as a doctor are minimal. Save yourself and STAY AWAY! read more

My husband and I have been patients of his for 5 years. We have had several bad experiences with his office staff and himself. He does not seem to have the time to return phone calls after he called us and left a message stating there were abnormal lab results. His billing practices leave a lot to be desired. The only reason we are still patients is because of insurance. I would not recommed him to anybody. He is always trying to sell you products, diet food plans and other things. I do not think this is a good practice for physicians. I work in a doctors office myself and we would never do this. read more

I do not recommend this practice. The office staff is rude. They charge for "missed" appts that were actually rescheduled. The doctor was nice enough but pushes you to buy your prescriptions through him stating it will be less money when in reality it would have been much less at another pharmacy. My mom was a patient of Dr. Nadolne for about a year. He was also the Dr for my father, who was in hospice. When we needed him most, he was on a trip with his family in Orlando. He left us uncovered. The nurses (hospice) were unable to get my father the medication he so needed. He was in horrible pain and Dr. Nadolne told my mom to "use her feminine wiles" to calm him down. He should not be allowed to treat anyone. We had to change to another hospice to get the care he needed. Dr. Nadolne never even called to see if he passed or not. read more

I went to Dr Naldone because a friend told me he was a good Dr. However i was very disapointed to say the least with the way he rushed me! he actualy told me that I could not talk for an hour in a 15 minute consultation, well I was trying to give him a whole picture of my health but I felt like he was interested in his time/money, not really interested in my wellbeeing.besides that, he wanted to give me woophing cough vacination, tetanus, do blood tests that I already had done recently and sold me a vitamin D for a high price! again it was all about $$$$$ I sensed. I have never been made to feel more like a cash cow than I did here. I felt no care no concern and that I was only here to give them money and if it wasn"t for the cash aspect they would not walk a foot out of the way to put me out if I was on fire. after a full check up and three visits I am again looking for a Doctor. read more

I first visited Dr. Nadolne in April of 2010. I was new to ATL area and his office was across from where I worked and recommended by a coworker.He changed my Thyroid Meds, which I protested but thought I would try and within 2 weeks I was going downhill, falling asleep at work, driving and had no energy, his response was basically he doesn't believe in Armour thyroid so I couldn't have it. I had to go to another Dr to get back on track which took 3 months. I also had him fill a prescription for Meloxicam which I take for arthritis and have taken for years but according to him I have to come in every 3 months for a blood test to get it refilled. All my other Docs, (I have lived in AZ and ID in the last 7 yrs) have given me an RX for 12 months. In addition, even with an appointment, I have had to wait over an hour EVERY time I visited the office, they never call you back. I am very interactive with my health and at 61 most think I am in my mid 40"s. THIS DR KNOWS EVERYTHING AND DOESN'T WANT TO HEAR FROM THE PATIENT. He told me he would work with me on the Thyroid meds but DID NOT. read more

This guy is a salesman first and Dr second. I selected him from a list of providers because he was close to my work and home. His availability is poor and even when I had an appt I had to wait 45 minutes to an hour every visit. I was instructed that if I made the appt for early morning my wait would not be as long, no such luck. Waiting around was an annoyance but not my biggest complaint. Each time I went to this guy he was trying to sell me some drug, vaccine, or something else that had nothing to do with why I went to see him. When he did recommend a drug a drug for a behavioral issue and I went to get it filled it was ridiculously expensive even after insurance. It was an unnecessary scrip so I left it at the pharmacy. I called the Dr back and left a message about a possible less expensive alternative and never received any calls back. I really just wanted to get a physical but evidently that simple checkup can't be completed in a single visit. I had to come back at least twice, I guess so he could bill my insurance company for multiple visits, this would help explain his lack of availability. I now have a bill from the good Dr for a preventative care procedure which should be covered by my insurance 100%. I found out from my insurance company that since he remitted several claims for the same procedure, due to the multiple visits, the claim was denied, they only cover 1 physical per year. I'm hoping that there wasn't anything wrong with my lab work because 2 months after it was completed I still don't have the results. Several calls to the Dr's office for the results have not been returned. So now I have a bill for a procedure that should have been covered and no results from my visit. I would look elsewhere for health care. read more
