I've never encountered another physician who really takes the time to listen and engage with us like Dr Rubin does. She's extremely compassionate, caring and competent. She has referred us to several specialists along the way and we have been happy with each of those. She helped us through an episode of depression with my son, and issues with my visiting mother who's health concerns were complicated by dementia. Young or old you feel like you are the only person that matters when you are with her during and after an exam.

Her new office is small, seemingly by design, and personally, I LOVE it! I hate to feel like I am being shuffled about through office staff, nurses, and a doctor who only has 5 minutes to see me. All of the staff I encountered here are very friendly, courteous and seem to enjoy their work. It's so refreshing when people are genuinely friendly and caring, especially in the medical field when you're one in thousands. Her new office has all the latest equipment and technology (PCs in the exam rooms and no paper charts!). I have always found Dr. Rubin to be extremely friendly and personable, as well as knowledgable. She is a fantastic listener, and is never dismissive of any of my health concerns. I sincerely hope her new practice is a success, as I can't see myself going anywhere else.

Dr. Nadolne is a really nice energetic guy who seems to really care about his patients overall health and well being. He made sure to ask me how often I exercised and then gave me advice about exercising more, with a genuine concern. Although Dr. Nadolne seems to be everything you want from a doctor as far as personality and little wait time are concerned, he does come off as doctor who may have a hidden agenda concerning selling you on the idea that you need to purchase certain tests, procedures or check-ups that you do not really need. The last time I was in there he gave me this long sales pitch about why I should take these certain tests to make sure I was as healthy as possible. The next thing I knew I received a large bill in the mail. So be weary and skeptical of everything he tries to get you to buy into. Doctors are out to make a profit for their company like any other normal business.

A lady answered the phone, didn't know the prices, and snapped at me, because I should know that they were already closed. (How would I know that??) She said I'd have to call back, that she was the answering service, yet she refused to take my name or number. She then accused me of being someone who called over the weekend who caused them problems, and told me that "I wasn't going to get away with this". I told her I had never called there before, and had no idea what she was talking about. She accused me again, saying, "You're him. I know you're him", and only then she asked for my name and number, which I gave to her. Minutes later, she called me here AT MY HOME, to attack me more, further accusing me of being the caller from days prior, telling me, "I wasn't going to get away with this". I told her she was nuts, and she said, "you're only making your case worse, because I'm recording this". I said good. I immediately called my health care provider (Aetna) to tell them there was a nutcase on the loose at one of their providers, but they really didn't care. They were useless. I mean, TOTALLY useless. 10 minutes after the nutcase called me at my home, the police called me, to tell me she called them, and said she accused me of sort of stalking them at their office, by way of telephone. I explained everything to the police about this whacko, said I'd simply called for prices, and it was SHE who was stalking ME, calling me here at home, threatening me that "I wasn't going to get away with this". He said it's best for me not to try to contact that office again, because she could go nuts even further, AND he said the lady told him that she not just the answering service lady, but she was also a personal friend of the doctors!!!!. I said the doctor needs to know about this crazy lady. So as not to be accused of stalking, I notified my provider, to have them them contact Dr. Nadoline to tell him what happened, and have him call me. Aetna said they would have him contact me, but the doctor never did!! And you know his crazy friend had the info too. What an idiot not to want to find out what happened, and what a coward!! Inexperienced lab technicians try multiple stabs and the next day your arms and hands will appear like a you've had a run in with a vampire. Their portal is so bad, you'll wish for the days when a semi-literate assistant to a nurse called to give you test results they can't interpret. It would be healthier and cheaper to fly to Mexico for medical care. Yes, I said Mexico.
