I would think of a question late in the evening, send an email, and would have a response shortly after. We also had a situation where the seller was willing to provide us with additional closing credit if we moved the closing date, which we couldn't accommodate because the lease where we were renting was ending and someone else was moving in. She called our landlord and somehow convinced him to let us stay longer and delay the other person moving in (magic?). Rachael puts a lot of effort into finding homes you will like based on the descriptions you give her. She was so spot on with us that we bought the first home we saw with her!
