He has a friendly and humorous bedside manner and "seen it all" experience. Now my entire family sees Dr. Bicak. We are all very happy with our treatment and especially thrilled with the quick and easy availability of last minute appointments. This has been the standard the prior four trips and after the last one, I found another doctor who is able to remain on schedule for the second appointment of his day.
