If I can save a parent from having to deal with what we have from the school, then I am happy to…read moreleave a negative review. Front office staff and the owner are completely unprofessional. The lady at the front office is yelled at on a regular basis and the director is OK with it and makes excuses for her. Everybody else is the problem is what she said in so many words. Our son has special needs and we were told that this school could help us and come to find out they made everything so much worse! We started a month after school started as we were transitioning from homeschool. They gave us no explanation as to what to expect and how they do things. They sent a few bits and pieces by email, and that was it. And a nut show I find out later that the owner doesn't trust her staff to relay any information so she not to do it. I was told if I had a question for any of my child's teachers that I had to email the front office. I was given no instruction on how to know if my son is doing well in class and how to stay connected to make sure he stays on task. After being enrolled for two months, I received bits and pieces of information from different staff members about how I should be downloading apps and checking for different kinds of information. I don't know how I'm supposed to help my special needs son as a parent and be involved when a school has no policy to make that happen. And don't try to call the front office cheryl is not interested in helping. If you ask more than two questions she's going to tell you she's not here to hold your hand. Not sure why she took a job at a front office. If you start after they've had orientation, then you just missed out. In all fairness, I will admit that our sons needs are challenging even though we were very clear regarding his needs. There was also miscommunication that was no one's fault. However, I found the owner and the lady in the front office to be biased, defensive, in denial, attacking and manipulative. They were not willing to admit any fault whatsoever everything was our fault. Statistically that is not even possible and this is the worst experience I have ever had with an educational institution. Extremely rude and self-righteous people. Please save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else!
