On the first class I paid in full for a brand new guitar. They did however, give us a used guitar to take home till the new guitar came in from " Brazil " or where ever it is they order from. It's now July and I still have no new guitar. I called and asked about it several times only to be given the same response. No guitar yet. I finally got fed up and pulled my kid out of the classes. When I called and explained my situation they showed no interest in trying to fix the issue. I let them know that I will not be giving them their used guitar back because I'm not taking it from my child..., their response was that the guitar they loaned me was particularly " new" .... completely missing the point. They never even put anything in writing about the guitar they let us " borrow" ... they said just take it No problem!! They even had the audacity to say if I wanted to return the guitar that they would have to see if the borrowed one was OK after I paid $170 for a guitar I have yet to see.

I think I was there till a little after 8 and at no point did I feel rushed. When I arrived she had a select few violins ready for me to try for my level. In our initial phone call I hadn't given too much information about my skill but her selections for me were 100% what I needed. From reviews at other shops I thought I was going to be pressured into buying something expensive that I didn't need. That was absolutely not the case here. The selections she showed me were all in my price range and she answered any questions I had to make sure I chose the perfect instrument. I'll definitely be coming back.
